Really Nice
This protein is mixed well n feel really light with water. It has good amount of all needed vitamins if compared to other brands available they only give protein. Vanilla is quite okay flavour. If u take this in morning u feel energetic due to b complex added also it's get's digested within 30 mins so u won't be feeling heavy. U would see noticeable difference in ur hair fall n nail strength. Since whey gets digested quickly it gives relief in muscle soreness as well.
