I am using this product since around 6 months on a frequent basis... may it be wax or may it be oil... i use it for both.
Pros -
1. Even after 6 months of frequent usage, I encountered with no problem. It is working fine.
2. Looks good and decent.
3. The inner black coating makes it better so that u r not harmed even if u accidentally touch the hot edge or the surface.
4. takes around 2 minutes to heat up to an optimum level... (I never tried the level-4 heating, i usually use it upto l...

Really easy to use.But feels very light in weight. Heats real fast if you pour the wax directly into the heater. I prefer to place the wax jar and it works perfectly fine for me.
