    The “Answer & Win Fitness Week Quiz” Contest will commence at 00:00 hrs on 27th Dec 2020 and end at 23:59 hrs on 3rd Jan 2021 hereby referred to as “Contest Period”.

    ● What is the Contest about?

    As part of this Contest, first 100 users who answer all 5 questions correctly will win an additional 5% Off discount up to maximum of INR 100 on select Sports & Fitness products from select sellers. This can be redeemed on or before Feb 28th, 2021 (“Redemption Period”). Please check the product page for eligibility of the Offer before making any purchase.

    ● What are the conditions to participate and win the contest?

    Login using the registered Flipkart ID on the Flipkart Mobile App, click on the “Answer & Win Fitness Week Quiz” banner which you will see on Sports & Fitness Page.

    Participate in the Contest and provide your valid responses.

    ● Where can I avail of the rewards?

    Discount can be seen under the “My Coupon” section of your Flipkart account. Coupons will be sent on or before 10th Jan,2021. This can be redeemed on or before Feb 28th, 2021 (“Redemption Period”).

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    PRELIMINARY

    • This is a promotional offer (“Offer” / “Contest”) from select sellers (“Seller”) being run on Flipkart Mobile App, (referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
    • By participating in Answer and Win (“Contest”), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

    ■ These terms and conditions (“T&C”); and

    ■ The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on Flipkart Mobile App, (referred to as “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

    CONTEST DETAILS

    ● Users will be able to participate in this Contest starting from 00:00 hrs on 27th Dec 2020 and end at 23:59 hrs on 3rd Jan 2021(“Contest Period”).

    ● To participate in the Contest You must do/ fulfill the following:

    • Age must be 18 years or above;
    • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log in using the same on the Flipkart Mobile App
    • As part of this contest, you have to answer all 5 multi option questions correctly. Questions will be prompted on clicking the “Answer & Win Fitness Week” banner on the Sports & Fitness Page on Flipkart app during the Contest period.
    • ONLY the first response from you will be considered the recorded response to a particular quiz. Subsequent responses from the same account ID on the same question is invalid.

    ● Winners will get the discount on or before Feb 28th, 2021 (“Redemption Period”).

    ● If You have made multiple entries during the Contest Period, only the first instance will be considered for the purpose of this Offer.

    ● You agree to check the product page for applicability of discount before making the purchase during the Redemption Period.

    ● The discount will be applicable on only one order during the Redemption Period.

    ● You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • This Contest is valid only in India.
    • The Contest is open to only end consumers and not to resellers.
    • The Benefits/Contest shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Brand, Sellers or Flipkart and are not transferable.
    • The Contest and its related discount/Benefits are subject to availability of stocks.
    • Brand/Seller and Flipkart reserve the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest, at any time without any prior written notice.
    • All decisions pertaining to the selection of the winning Customers for this Contest are at the sole discretion of the Brand/Seller.
    • Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    • Brand/Seller, sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
    • The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart or Brand/Seller.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
    • Flipkart does not endorse the product(s) being purchased and Contested under this Contest and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such Benefits.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart, Brand/Seller and sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart or Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    • Brand/Seller undertakes and warrants that this Contest is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart and is not in contravention or breach of any applicable laws. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Contest is in violation with any applicable law. Brand/Seller shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this Contest being in contravention to any applicable laws. Brand/Seller shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due to this Contest (or part of Contest) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Brand/Seller; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights.
    • This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
    • The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
    • Any query regarding this Contest will be entertained only till 23:59 Hours 30th Jan 2021.
    • Post such date Sellers and Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
    • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
