How to avail Flights offer
- Visit the Cleartrip website or app and log in or sign up for an account.
- Select flights and enter your travel details.
- Choose flights from the available options.
- Enter passenger details for the selected flight.
- Review booking details for accuracy.
- Enter the details of unique coupon code received from Flipkart in the coupon code section.
- Apply the unique coupon code to see the discount reflected.
- Proceed to the payment page for payment
- Confirm your booking and receive a confirmation email/SMS
Other Terms and Conditions
● Unique Coupon cannot be clubbed with other offers, including but not limited to cashback discounts on a particular credit card..
● The benefit of this offer is not transferable and not exchangeable. The unique coupon code cannot be redeemed for cash.
● Discount is applicable on domestic and international flight bookings .
● Convenience Fees & additional services purchased (eg: Insurance, Meal, Seat, ClearChoice Plus
; ClearChoice Max) are payable extra
● This discount is valid on Adult and child bookings only and is not valid for infants aged below 2 years
● This discount is not applicable for payments made by cash. User must be logged in to Cleartrip app to avail the discount
● Offer can be used only Once per user during the offer period
● To avail the discount, simply enter the unique coupon code before making the payment with your axis bank credit card
● In the event of a cancellation (in part or in full), the entire discount provided will be deducted from the refund amount.
Issuance of the Code does not amount to endorsement of the products and/or services provided by Cleartrip or issuance of gift card or EGV or PPI
● Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
● Cleartrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
● Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
● Cleartrip shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this offer.
● In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
● You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Cleartrip harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Cleartrip as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part
● In no event the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
● Cleartrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
● You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the offer, You may be required to submit personal information, about You. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the offer. Any information collected from You shall be subject to Cleartrip’s Privacy Policy.
● These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using cleartrip.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
● By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
● The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
● Cleartrip shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy of information submitted by you.
● Cleartrip is only an intermediary. The underlying airline tickets are subject to availability with the airline service provider.
● This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
