    PRELIMINARY

    • This Offer (“Offer”) (defined below) is being run by Seller (SuperCom Net) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively, “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
    • By participating in this Offer, user (“You”, “Your” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by;
    • these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
    • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform;
    • any terms and conditions of Flipkart.
    • Term and conditions of the relevant Seller.

    OFFER DETAILS

    1. Offer is valid from 01 May 2023, 00:00 hrs to 03 May 2023, 23:59 hrs. (“Offer Period”)

    2. To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfil the following:

      • Age must be 18 years or above.
      • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same.
      • Purchase of Eligible Product/s excluding Infant Milk substitutes during the Offer Period.
      • Upon fulfilling the above requirements, you will get 5% instant discount up to Rs 150 on grocery orders above 1500 with Flipkart Axis Co-Brand Credit Card (“Offer”) between 00:00hrs on 1st, May ,2023 to 23:59 hrs on 3rdMay, 2023. (“Redemption Period”).

    3. You can refer to the product listing page to check applicability of the Offer on the Product/s or Eligible Product/s.

    4. The Discount will be automatically applied to the Eligible Products during the Redemption Period.

    5. The Offer is valid on all modes of payment.

    6. The Discount can be availed only once by You during the Redemption Period and only against one transaction during the Offer Period.

    7. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

    8. In case the order is cancelled, Discount will not be reinstated.

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • This Offer is valid only in India.
    • The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the products.
    • Discount and products are for limited inventory and subject to availability. Neither Flipkart nor Sellers will be responsible for non-availability of the products.
    • Cancellation of individual items in an offer will cancel all other items this offer is applied on.
    • Returns/replacement is allowed as per the Returns Policy.
    • Replacement is allowed in case of damaged or defective items.
    • Discounts shall not be settled with cash in lieu and are not transferable.
    • This offer in not applicable on Infant Milk substitutes
    • Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add, or remove portions of this Contest/ Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
    • Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    • Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under this Offer.
    • Sellers reserve the right to determine the eligibility and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. The decision of Sellers in this regard shall be final.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Sellers and/or Flipkart.
    • Sellers and Flipkart shall not be responsible for any failure, loss, injury, or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    • Pictures of Eligible Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual Eligible Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
    • Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Sellers on the Platform and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Sellers.
    • Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the Seller.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible for the fulfilment of this Offer, which shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the respective Seller. Flipkart shall not entertain or responsible for any queries/complaints regarding the fulfilment of Offer.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Sellers and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Sellers and/ or Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws by You; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    • This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
    • The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
    • All government levies etc. shall be payable by You as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
    • Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 6thAugust 2023. Post such date Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
    • Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the Seller and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Seller and without reference to Flipkart.
    • Further, as required by applicable law, if You make a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2,00,000.00 or such other amount as prescribed under applicable law during the Offer, You will be required to upload a scanned copy of Your PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by You will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by You, it need not be submitted again. Your order will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between Your name and the name on the PAN Card.
    • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
