3. What are the conditions to redeem the Rewards?
- Users may be eligible for the abovementioned Rewards only upon the successful completion of at least one (1) level of the Big Billion Muqabla with Alia & Ranbir game and also claiming of the reward by clicking the ‘My Rewards’ Icon.
- Rewards may be redeemed only in respect of eligible products as determined by sellers on the Flipkart platform (‘Eligible Products’).
- Any Reward once redeemed will not be reusable if the order in respect of which the Reward is redeemed is cancelled.
- Redemption of Rewards is possible subject to pin code serviceability.
- Rewards under this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
- Winner of the Tata Safari car Reward shall pay all statutory taxes or charges (Income tax, Road tax, registration charges, insurance, etc.). Flipkart shall not be liable/responsible for the same.

4. How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?
- The list of Eligible Products will be displayed on the My Rewards page under the Big Billion Muqabla with Alia & Ranbir game. You can check the list of all offers applicable on a particular product, on the product page on the Flipkart platform. This Offer will also be listed there if that particular product is eligible for the offer.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed on products purchased or booked under pre-order deals.
How can I redeem the Rewards?
- Users will be able to see rewards that they are winning while completing the levels of the game.
- Users who have successfully completed atleast one level of the Big Billion Muqabla with Alia & Ranbir game can redeem the Rewards through the ‘My Rewards’ section on the Flipkart mobile application during The Big Billion Days Sale 2021.
- The Rewards will also be automatically applied to the Eligible Products if it is the best offer available to the user during the The Big Billion Days Sale 2021.
- Rewards can be redeemed only on one (1) order per user during the Offer Period.

- This Offer (as further defined) is being run by sellers on the Flipkart Mobile App ( “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
By participating in this Offer, the user (“User”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
- these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
- the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
- All applicable terms and conditions of the Seller.

- Users of the Flipkart mobile application who successfully complete at least one level of ‘The Big Billion Muqabla with Alia & Ranbir game’ may stand a chance to win certain rewards (“Offer”). The rewards eligible for winning by the Users are listed below (“Rewards”). The Rewards will be allocated to successful Users randomly and You shall not make any claim in this regard. To view and redeem the Reward(s):
- You can refer to the product listing page to check applicability of the Offer on the Eligible Product/s.
- You can view the details of your Reward under ‘My Rewards’ Section.
- The Reward will be automatically applied to the Eligible Products during the Redemption Period.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for products purchased or booked under pre-order deals.
- The Offer is valid on all modes of payment.

General Terms & Conditions

- Flipkart/sellers reserve the right to modify, amend or withdraw the Rewards ay any time without prior notice.
- Flipkart reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer or the game construct, at any time without any prior written notice.
- You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- All decisions pertaining to the selection of the participants for the Reward under this Offer are at the sole discretion of Flipkart based on a metric.
- Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
- The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart/Sellers.
- Flipkart/Sellers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
- This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India.
- Flipkart does not endorse the benefits being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the benefits of the Offer.
- Sellers are responsible for the fulfilment of the Offer. Any queries/complaints or dispute regarding the fulfillment of the Offer must be directed towards the Sellers. Flipkart shall not entertain or responsible for any queries/complaints regarding the fulfillment of Offer.
- You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart/Sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
- This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
- The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
- Employees (including their relatives) of Flipkart, contractors and any other companies/vendors associated with this Offer are not eligible for participating in this Offer.
- Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 13th October 2021. Post such date Flipkart/Sellers will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
