PRELIMINARY
This marketing/promotional program of 100 Rs. Flipkart Gift Voucher (“Offer”) is being run by Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“FAPL”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”). It is open only to new customers of the Flipkart Pay Later facility (“Pay Later”) & residents of India (“Customers”).
By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customers agree to be bound by:
a.these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
b.the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Website; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of FAPL and its partner financial institutions.
OFFER DETAILS
To be eligible for this Offer, the referred person should successfully complete the Application Process for Flipkart Pay Later (also known as “Buy Now Pay Later”) between 01st August 2022 00:00 hrs to 19th September 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive).
Eligible Customers will be able to avail this Offer between 01st August 2022 00:00 hrs to 19th September 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
The Offer cannot be clubbed with other offers.
You must do/ fulfill the following:
● Age must be 18 years or above;
● Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
- Referee will not be eligible for the Offer if the application for Pay Later is not approved by FAPL’s financing partner(s) within the Offer Period.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Offer is valid only in India
You should submit the application before the offer expires to be eligible for the reward. The reward will be disbursed only after you are approved for Flipkart Pay Later. Applications submitted during the Offer period but approved afterwards will not be eligible to receive the gift vouchers.
3.Flipkart gift vouchers can be used for purchases on the Flipkart platform within a year from the date of disbursement. The amount cannot be transferred to any bank account. Offer is non-transferable
Flipkart or FAPL do not endorse anyProducts and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers on the Platform.
Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Sale of Products on the Platform is subject to availability with the sellers and accordingly Flipkart or FAPL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
Under no circumstance will the Flipkart Gift Voucher being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart, FAPL or the sellers.
FAPL reserves the right to disqualify respective Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of Flipkart Pay Later.
Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the sellers and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers and without reference to Flipkart.
All relevant levies etc. shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority including but not limited to financing partner of Flipkart Pay Later.
This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 15th October, 2022 on https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre. Post such date, Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
FAPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. These T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
FAPL, Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by Pay Later financing partner to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Customer was not successful.
The Customer shall indemnify and hold FAPL, Flipkart and its sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by such Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Customer.

IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to accept or reject a user’s application for Flipkart Pay Later
Flipkart reserves the right to award the reward as per the internal policy
Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
