    What other conditions should apply to avail the offer?

    • The minimum Net Cart Value(NCV) must be Rs. 5,000.'NCV' shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.
    • Maximum cashback per card is Rs. 2,000.

    Can I avail both offer 1 and offer 2, and what is the maximum cashback that can be availed for both the offers?

    • Cardholder can avail both Offer 1 and Offer 2 subject to a maximum combined cashback of Rs. 2000 per Card during the entire Offer Period.

    How do I check if a product is an 'Eligible Product' ?

    • For all eligible products offer is visible on product page , under the Offers section. Following are the details of the products on which Offer 1 and Offer 2 will apply:

    • Offer 1 : Applicable across all categories. However, offer will NOT apply on:

      • Any Samsung smartphones, except Samsung J3 Pro, Samsung Galaxy A3, Samsung Galaxy On Nxt, Samsung Galaxy On5, Samsung Galaxy On7, Samsung Galaxy J5 - 6 (2016 Edition) and Samsung Galaxy On8

    Is the offer applicable on all Citibank Credit and Debit Cards?

    • No, offer is not applicable on Corporate and Commercial cards.

    Is the offer applicable on EMI transactions on the card ?

    • Yes, the offer is applicable on EMI transactions, with EMI T&Cs being applicable

    Is the offer applicable if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

    • Yes, you can avail the offer. In such case, Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be applicable on the amount paid through Citi Credit or Debit card against the eligible product(s) , provided this amount is more than Rs. 5,000

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Preliminary

    • This marketing program is being run by Citibank, N.A. ('Citibank'/ 'Citi') on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively 'Platform'), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ('Flipkart', 'We' or 'Our'). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Citibank Credit Card or Debit Card issued in India ('Cardholder' and 'Card'). It is not applicable on Corporate Cards issued by Citi.
    • By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agree to be bound by:
      • These Offer terms and conditions ('T&C');
      • The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards ( http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
      • All applicable terms and conditions of Citibank.

    Offer Details

    • The below mentioned Offer 1 and Offer 2 (collectively, 'Offer') will be valid from May 29th, 2017 (00:00 Hours) to June 2nd, 2017 (23:59 Hours) ('Offer Period') in a manner set out below:

    'Offer 1' will be valid from May 29th, 2017 (00:00 Hours) to May 31st, 2017 ('Offer 1 Period').

    • In terms of the Offer 1, a Cardholder can avail 10% cashback per Card on the purchase of products from all categories on the Platform during the Offer 1 Period. However, Offer 1 will NOT be applicable on purchase of the following products :

      • Any Samsung smartphones, except Samsung J3 Pro Samsung Galaxy A3, Samsung Galaxy On Nxt, Samsung Galaxy On5, Samsung Galaxy On7, Samsung Galaxy J5 - 6 (2016 Edition) and Samsung Galaxy On8;
      • Redmi Note 4, Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime smartphones;
      • Samsung Tablets; and
      • Flipkart eGift Voucher and Gold and Silver Coins/Bars.

    • Further, in order to avail Offer 1, the minimum NCV or Net Cart Value must be Rs. 5000.00 and the maximum cashback that can be availed per Card during the Offer Period is Rs. 2000.00. 'NCV' shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.

    'Offer 2' will be valid from June 1st, 2017 to June 2nd, 2017 ('Offer 2 Period').

    • In terms of the Offer2, a Cardholder can avail 10% cashback per Card, on the purchase of televisions and/or appliances on the Platform, during the Offer 2 Period.
    • Further, in order to avail Offer 2, the minimum NCV or Net Cart Value must be Rs. 5000.00 and the maximum cashback per Card during the Offer Period is Rs. 2000.00. 'NCV' shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s for availing in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.
    • A Cardholder can avail both Offer 1 and Offer 2 subject to a maximum combined cashback of Rs. 2000 per Card during the entire Offer Period, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criterion as stated above.

    Other Terms and Conditions

    • Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.
    • The Offer is not applicable for Card on delivery transactions.
    • The Offer is not applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
    • The cashback amount cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.
    • In case partial payment is made through Flipkart gift card, Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be applicable only if the amount paid through the Card is more than Rs. 5000.00.
    • Cashback amount of the above Offer shall be credited in the Cardholder's account by 10th August, 2017 on best effort basis.
    • The Offer is also applicable on EMI transactions on the Card and on such transactions the EMI Terms & Conditions will be applicable as mentioned at: https://www.online.Citi.co.in/card-offer/pdfs/EMI-TC.pdf.
    • In the event orders are fully cancelled (during & outside the Offer Period), the corresponding cashback applicable on that order/transaction will not be granted.
    • In the event orders are partially cancelled (during & outside the Offer Period) and if the total transaction amount falls below the minimum transaction amount i.e. Rs. 5000 for the Offer 1 or Offer 2, cashback will not be granted.
    • Citi is not making any commitment to make any offer beyond the Offer Period.
    • The Offer is valid only if the Cardholder's account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
    • Neither Citi nor does Flipkart make any warranties or representation on the delivery, service, quality, quantity, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in the Offer. The sellers on the Platform shall be responsible for the same.
    • Citi is NOT liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality made available to the customers under the Offer on the products purchased/ services availed on the Platform (shortly referred as 'Claims'). In reference to any Claims, it must be addressed in writing by the Customer to Flipkart or directly to the concerned seller and Citi shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/ dispute raised by any customer to Citi with respect to the above shall be forwarded to Flipkart for resolution.
    • Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    • Citi holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in the Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
    • All applicable taxes, liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Cardholder.
    • If any Offer and/or anything to be done by Citi or Flipkart in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citi or Flipkart, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citi or Flipkart, then Citi and/ or Flipkart shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Citi.
    • These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only.
    • Under no circumstance will the Offer/ cashback being offered be settled in cash.
    • Citi and Flipkart reserve the right to, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these T&C or to replace, wholly or in part, the Offer by another offer, whether similar to the Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
    • Citi shall not be held liable for any reason, including but not limited to any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the product/ services under the Offer. Similarly, Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by Citi to honour the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Cardholder was not successful. Citi shall indemnify and hold Flipkart and seller harmless against any claims by the Cardholder for unsuccessful completion of the transaction. Further, Citi shall solely be liable to the Cardholder for wrongful remittance of the amounts by it, without any reference to Flipkart.
    • Citi or Flipkart shall also not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/ services under the Offer.
    • The above Offer is by way of a special offer for select Cards only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member terms and conditions. The T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member terms and conditions. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citi from usage of credit cards by the Customer under the Offer and/ or otherwise will be governed by Citi Terms & Conditions, the Card member Terms and Conditions and the Most Important Terms & Conditions and the complete account terms and conditions may be viewed from the online portal http://www.citi.com/india.
    • The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Flipkart, Citi and seller harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by such sellers as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the customer.
    • Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 1st Nov, 2017. Post such date, Flipkart or Citibank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any customers/ persons.
