‘Marriott Bonvoy Member ICC World Cup Contest’ - Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Marriott Bonvoy Member ICC World Cup Contest (the ‘Contest’), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&Cs"), the Flipkart Platform's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Supercoins Terms & Conditions and any other relevant documentation, including all modifications, alterations, or updates thereof. "Promoter": Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, "Flipkart" a company organized and validly existing under the laws of India, with registered headquarters at Buildings Alyssa, Begonia & Clover, Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli Village, Bengaluru - 560103, Karnataka, India. "Prize Provider": Marriott International, Inc., 7750 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814.

1. Contest Period, Eligibility & Entry

• Duration: The Contest runs for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting February 2, 2026 at 00:01 India Standard Time (“IST”) and ends on 1st March, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. IST (“Contest Period”) with four (4) weekly periods as detailed below (each, a “Weekly Period”).
• The Contest is open only to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid registered account on the Flipkart mobile application and/or website (the "Platform"). Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not qualified to participate in the Contest.
• Participation is subject to the entrant successfully completing a new enrollment linking existing accounts process to become Marriott Bonvoy Members on the Flipkart Platform during the Contest Period. FAQs of enrollment here: https://www.flipkart.com/pages/marriot-faq
• Employees of the Promoter, Prize Provider their affiliates, immediate families, and any agencies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.
• All newly enrolled and linked Marriott Bonvoy members during the Contest Period are automatically eligible for the weekly lucky draw. They are eligible only for that one-week period and not for subsequent weeks.
• Void in Tamil Nadu and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable laws and ordinances.

2. Grand Prize: ICC World Cup Tickets

• Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected at random every week on or about 1 business day after each Weekly Period has ended for a total of 12 winners over the 4-week period. Non-winning Entries from one Weekly Period will not be carried over into any subsequent Weekly Periods’ random drawing(s). Weekly Periods run from each Monday during the Contest Period through each Sunday and ends on Sunday, 1st March, 2026. Random drawings will be conducted by the Promoter whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each random drawing. Winners must be Marriott Bonvoy Members and Flipkart members at time of entry and prize award/usage, or prize will be forfeited with no compensation and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting.
• The Prize: Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to an ICC World Cup match. Prizes must be used on date specified for their match.
• Non-Transferability: Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative. The winning entrant must be one of the attendees and they may bring one guest and if the guest is a minor, it must be their child/charge.

3. Winner Notification & Verification

• Announcement: Winners will be announced after at the end of each Weekly Period and drawing date.
• Communication: Winners will be notified via a phone call and a formal email from Flipkart. Return of any email as undeliverable or if a winner does not respond, it will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate may be selected, time permitting.
• Verification: To claim the prize, winners must provide a valid Government-issued Photo ID for both attendees. Failure to provide ID within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement for Flipkart and Marriott International, Inc. to use and process their personal data, including the sharing of such data between Flipkart and Marriott International, Inc., for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and related publicity. All data handling will be in accordance with the Flipkart Platform's Privacy Policy and the Marriott International, Inc. Privacy Statement.
• 4. Ticket Distribution
• India Matches: For winners of tickets to India-specific matches, tickets must be collected physically. A Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and collection details will be provided via the official Marriott Bonvoy email.
• Non-India Matches: For all other matches, e-tickets will be dispatched via email once the Photo IDs of the attendees have been verified.
• Final Delivery: All official ticket communications and final digital deliveries will originate from Marriott Bonvoy official channels.

5. Guaranteed Reward: 300 SuperCoins

• Eligibility: This Contest is exclusive to new members who sign up for a Marriott Bonvoy membership during the Contest Period. Existing members are not eligible for this specific SuperCoin reward.
• Disbursement: 300 SuperCoins will be credited directly to the user’s Flipkart account in the first week of March, following the conclusion of the Contest.
• Validity: SuperCoins are valid for 30 days from the date of credit or as per the standard Flipkart SuperCoin expiry policy. Usage is subject to Flipkart’s internal T&Cs.

6. General Disclaimers

• Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for each drawing prior to cancellation.
• Promoter and Prize Provider are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by the winners to attend the matches.
• Any fraudulent activity or multiple account creation to game the contest will lead to immediate disqualification.
• By participating, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Flipkart and Marriott International, Inc., their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to their participation in the Contest, the use of the Platform, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Flipkart and Marriott International, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation or right of review, unless prohibited by law.
• These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in Bengaluru.
• If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the T&Cs, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Flipkart and Marriott International, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is caused by an act of God, war, riot, fire, explosion, or any other event beyond their reasonable control.
