    Festive Offer Terms and Conditions

    This Offer (as defined hereinafter) is available only to Air India Maharaja Club Members with a valid Maharaja Club Membership ID and an active Maharaja Club Membership Account. Maharaja Club points are loyalty points and have no monetary value. They are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be assigned or sold to another individual, except as permitted under the Air India Maharaja Club Program’s Terms and Conditions.

    These terms and conditions contained herein are supplemental to, and not in derogation of, the existing Air India Maharaja Club Program Terms and Conditions applicable to each participating partner. The respective partner T&Cs shall continue to apply to all transactions between a Member and the participating partner, and these terms and conditions pertaining to the Offer shall apply in addition thereto, but only for the limited duration of the Offer Period.

    All capitalized terms used herein these terms and conditions whose meanings are not otherwise assigned herein, shall have their meanings assigned to them under the Air India Maharaja Club Program’s Terms and Conditions.

    Offer details:

    Flipkart

    Offer Construct: For the duration of the Offer Period, Maharaja Club Members shall be able to earn an extra 33% bonus Maharaja Club points on all eligible Flipkart SuperCoins conversion transactions on the Flipkart × Air India Maharaja Club partner page ("Offer").

    Base Conversion: The base conversion rate is 2 Flipkart SuperCoins for 1 Maharaja Club point (2:1).

    Fulfillment: Standard base points along with the 33% bonus Maharaja Club points will be credited to the Member’s account within 24–48 hours of successful completion of the conversion.

    Eligibility & Campaign Duration:

    Eligibility: Only active Maharaja Club Members with a valid Maharaja Club Membership ID shall be eligible to avail any benefits of this partnership.

    Offer Period: The campaign is valid from October 19, 2026 to November 20, 2026. Members must transact within October 19, 2026 to November 20, 2026 (both dates inclusive) to avail the Offer.

    Only completed and eligible transactions will be considered for this Offer. Cancelled or refunded transactions will not qualify.

    Support & Dispute Resolution:

    For service-related queries regarding a SuperCoins transaction (e.g., deductions, conversion failures), Members should contact Flipkart through their specified support channels.

    Any queries relating to Maharaja Club points accrual, posting, or account balances should be raised through Air India Maharaja Club customer support channels.

    Air India and Flipkart reserve the right to verify transactions and disqualify any Member in case of suspected fraud or misuse. Air India reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which may include the cancellation of Maharaja Club points, suspension or termination of accounts, and legal action against any suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity associated with the program. This encompasses any attempts to manipulate the system or breach the program’s Terms and Conditions and/or these terms and conditions.

    If any dispute arises from this Offer, its resolution shall be governed by the Air India Maharaja Club Program Terms and Conditions. The decision made by Air India on this matter shall be final and binding upon all parties involved in the dispute, and it shall not be subject to further challenge or appeal.

    Legal & Liability:

    By accepting and availing this Offer, Maharaja Club Members acknowledge and accept all applicable terms and conditions associated with the Offer, including the terms outlined herein, the Maharaja Club Program Terms and Conditions, and any relevant terms specified on Air India’s official website, along with any conditions mentioned at the time of the transaction.

    Air India and Flipkart reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable to any Member or any other person for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Furthermore, neither party shall be responsible to any Member for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with such modification, discontinuation, or termination of the arrangement.

    Air India will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury, or death arising from this Offer or the use of any products/services under this Offer.

    Privacy & Data:

    Your participation in the program is subject to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We will manage your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

    You acknowledge and consent that any data, including Personal Data, provided by you to Air India and/or Flipkart from time to time, may be collected, stored, used, analysed and otherwise processed for the purposes of providing, improving and personalising products and services, including offering tailored benefits, promotions and offers, and for internal business analytics. You further consent that data may be shared with affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries and permitted partners for the aforesaid purposes, provided that such entities are bound by appropriate confidentiality, data protection and security obligations.

    Key Terms & Conditions

    • The offer is valid for all Points-to-Miles transfers made from participating partner loyalty programmes between 01 October 2026 and 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).
    • Bonus miles will be awarded based on the applicable transfer band and on each qualifying transaction.
    • Once a transfer request is initiated, it cannot be reversed.
    • A valid Etihad Guest membership number is required to complete the transfer successfully.
    • Members are responsible for providing the correct Etihad Guest membership number when initiating transfers with participating partners.
    • Existing partner transfer terms and conditions will continue to apply.
    • Base Etihad Guest Miles will be awarded according to the applicable transfer ratio of each participating partner.
    • Bonus Miles earned through this promotion will be credited within 30 business days after the campaign ends.
    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other transfer offer.
    • Etihad Guest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.

    These additional terms apply to the limited-period promotional conversion of Flipkart SuperCoins into partner loyalty currencies of AirAsia, AirArabia, SAS, Vietnam Airlines, Finnair, Ethiopian Airlines etc and any other future partners are facilitated by Maximize during the period 20 October 2026 to 14 December 2026 (“Offer”).

    The Miles Transfer ratios above are on a SuperCoins-to-MaxCoin-equivalent basis. The actual airline miles or hotel points you receive will depend on the specific partner’s exchange rate, which will display during the transfer from Flipkart.

    How to get the promotional rate

    Open the Flipkart app → SuperCoins → Partners → Maximize → Transfer directly to the preferred partner.

    If you convert SuperCoins into MaxCoins first, you only get the standard rate.

    • Promotional ratios are available only when the transfer is initiated through the dedicated Maximize-powered flow on the Flipkart app and only for unique partners powered by Maximize.

    • This Offer does not apply to Flipkart’s existing or direct partners (including but not limited to IndiGo, Air India, Qatar Airways, KrisFlyer, Etihad Airways and any other partner with whom Flipkart already has a direct SuperCoins transfer arrangement), even if such partners are also available on Maximize.

    • If SuperCoins are converted into MaxCoins first through any other route, the promotional ratios shall not apply and the standard ratio will apply.

    • Ratios displayed in the SuperCoins direct transfer flow are subject to change at any time by Flipkart or Maximize and are not binding.

    • Partner bonuses, if any, are offered and funded solely by the respective brand, airline or hotel partner. Maximize does not fund, guarantee, or underwrite any partner bonus. Maximize shall have no liability if a partner withdraws, reduces, suspends, or fails to honour a bonus, with or without prior notice.

    • Credits to partner accounts may take up to 30 working days (or longer in some cases).

    • Supercoins once debited cannot be reversed

    • Maximize and Flipkart reserve the right to withhold, reject, reverse, or cancel any transfer in case of fraud, misuse, incorrect membership details, or breach of terms. Additional KYC may be required.

    • Maximize and Flipkart reserve the absolute right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. Their decision shall be final and binding.

    • Transfers cannot be reversed once processed.

    • SuperCoins and MaxCoins have no cash value.

    • These terms are in addition to the Maximize MaxCoins Terms & Conditions (https://www.maximize.money/max-coins/terms-and-conditions) and Flipkart SuperCoins Terms. In case of any conflict, these promotional terms shall prevail
