• As a part of the Offer, Any Customer purchasing at least 2 products from mobiles, electronics or appliances worth INR 5,000/- or more on our platform during the offer period i.e. 00:00 hours on 20th March 2025 till 23:59 on25th March 2025 will automatically be enrolled in the Flipkart Fatafat Win Lottery and stand a chance to win one of the grand prizes
• All the eligible buyers will receive a message on WhatsApp by 30th March confirming their enrollment in the lottery

What is the contest duration?

• The offer will be live from 00:00 hours on 20th March 2025 till 23:59 25th March 2025

How do I check if the product is eligible for the offer?

• All Mobiles + Appliances + Electronics products will be eligible for this offer. Customers just need to ensure that they buy any 2 products across these categories and the total amount spent by the customer is greater than or equal to INR 5,000.

What are the other conditions of the offer?

• Offer is not applicable in case order is canceled or returned.

Preliminary:

• This offer ("Offer") is being run on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform , which is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart", "We" or "Our").
• By participating in this Offer, the user ("Customer", "You" or "Your") agrees to be bound by:
• these terms and conditions ("T&C"); and
• the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform All applicable terms and conditions of the Seller
• The offer will commence at 20th March 2025 to 25th March 2025

• To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfill the following:

  • Age must be 18 years or above;
  • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same; and
• As a part of the Offer, Any Customer Purchasing any two Electronics, Mobiles or Appliances products (minimum total purchase of 5K) from the Seller on the platform during the offer period will get a chance to win
• Combos (A listing with more than 1 product) will be treated as multiple products and not just one product
• Winners list will be declared on 15th April 2025
• The winners will get a special offer enabled on their respective Account IDs under which they will be able to order the rewards / prizes (allocated randomly) for just INR 1
• If You have made multiple entries during the Contest Period, only the first instance will be considered for the purpose of this Offer.
• You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
• By participating in this Offer, it would be deemed that You have given Us Your consent to contact You through call, SMS or email on the details provided by You for the purpose of this Offer.

General Terms & Conditions

• The Offer is open to only end consumers and not resellers.
• This Contest is valid only in India (except the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha and Telangana).
• Offer is subject to stock availability.
• The Prize shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Brand or Flipkart and are not transferable.
• Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart's decision in this regard shall be final.
• The Offer and its related Prize are subject to availability of stocks.
• Flipkart reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
• Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
• The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart or Brand.
• Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
• Flipkart does not endorse the Product under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such Prize.
• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart or Brand as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
• The Offer/Prize shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
• Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 25th April 2025. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
