    How to claim ?

    • To make a claim, the flight should have been booked on Flipkart Travel between 26th Dec-24 to 31st Dec 2025
    • Share with us the entire itinerary along with the total fare by take a full website page (and not app) screenshot of any other Online Booking Platform/Online Travel Aggregator’s platform with the respective logo.
    • The screenshot must have below information which should match with the flight booking on Flipkart Travel:-​
    1. Travel Dates
    2. Number of Adults/ Child/ Infant
    3. Itinerary (Flight timing, airline name, date of flight, meals included, seats booked, etc)
    4. The full breakup of amount (Base Fare, taxes, Convenience Fee, etc)
    5. Date & Time of the System

    6. Passport Details (For international bookings)

      • ​Send the aforesaid details to us at travelcustomersupport@flipkart.com within 8 hours of booking made on Flipkart Travel. ​
      • Mention your Trip ID for Flipkart and a callback number.
      • Eligible users who qualify for a refund will be provided a reward coupon containing a unique coupon code within 96 hours from the time the details shared by you have been validated and claim has been approved.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Customer should have a confirmed booking for a flight through Flipkart Travel during the period of 26th Dec-24 to 31st Dec 2025.
    • Customer should have a valid account with Flipkart and email for the claim with the registered email address.
    • The 5x difference offer is valid only on comparison of prices displayed on the same date as the date the flight is purchased on Flipkart Travel, and for the same traveling dates, same flight number with the same origin/destination/Stop-over, same number of passengers, etc.
    • The 5x difference offer is valid only on Domestic and International flights under the economy class.
    • The price comparison between Flipkart Travel and other Online Booking Platform/Online Travel Aggregator’s platform would only be in INR.
    • In case a claim is raised by the Customer under this offer, the flight booking on Flipkart Travel will still hold valid and the customer will still be serviced for his/her booking.

    In case the customer makes a cancellation, the Customer will not be eligible for any award and Flipkart Travel shall be entitled to deduct any awarded sums from any cancellation refunds due to the Customer.

    • Coupon code FLYFK, ZEROFEE, FKINT, ROUNDTRIP, NEW ,FKDOM, FKCCDC, DOMUPI, INTUPI whichever is maximum discount is to be applied on the booking made on Flipkart Travel. The final fare using the coupon codes mentioned above will be used to compare against prices on other Online Booking Platform/Online Travel Aggregator’s platform.
    • In case of Online Booking Platform/Online Travel Aggregators for price comparison, only MMT, Cleartrip, Goibibo, Paytm, EaseMyTrip, Ixigo and Amazon would be considered. No other OTA would be considered under the 5X difference offer.

    • Following factors shall be considered for Price comparison

      • Total amount paid including GST
      • Amount shown on specified ticketing portal including below components​
      • Base Fare
      • Taxes​
      • Convenience fees​
      • Any discount offered by the competing portal

    • ​Below items will be excluded when considering the final price (for claims)

      • Any bank/card related cashbacks/instant discounts
      • Any membership discounts
      • Any premium towards travel insurance and/or add-on covers
      • Any charges towards Seat, Meal booking, Extra luggage etc.
      • Any new user offers run by other Online Booking Platform/Online Travel Aggregator’s platform.
    • Refund of 5x Difference is valid only if the price change is observed and claim is submitted within 8 hours from the time of booking confirmation of the flight on Flipkart Travel.
    • Maximum amount offered under ‘5x Difference Refund’ is Rs 5000
    • Rewards in the form of coupon codes would be issued to the registered email address from which flight was booked and claim was made, within 96 hours post successful verification of the details provided by the user and approval of the claim.
    • Reward Coupons will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue
    • Reward coupons will be valid for bookings made on the Flipkart Travel.
    • Use of Reward Coupon shall be in accordance with the TnC of the Reward Coupon.
    • Flipkart is not liable for any inaccurate personal information and contact information submitted by the customer at the time of making the claim.
    • Only one claim will be allowed under the offer. Price comparison data/information submitted at the time of initial claim registration only shall be considered for the purpose of claim decision. Data/information submitted after initial claim registration shall not be considered for claim decision.

    • Claim shall not be admissible in any of the following scenarios:

      • In case where price reduction is intimated or reported beyond 8 hours from the date and time of booked flight being confirmed on Flipkart Travel.
      • In case the details provided by the customer do not match with the details on the itinerary shared via Flipkart.
      • In case, screenshot of both itinerary and the payments page are not provided
      • In case Screenshot/Photos shared are not clear
      • In case Screenshot/Photo does not capture all the required data fields as mentioned above.
      • In case screenshot/photo is found to be false/edited/tampered​

    Miscellaneous

      • Flipkart reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer, anytime at the sole discretion of the Management.
      • Flipkart reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this coupon at any time in its sole discretion.
      • Flipkart is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
      • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the terms of this program , Flipkart reserves the right to deny the flight or cancel the booking and withhold any awards claimed.
      • Flipkart shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
      • In no event the entire liability of Flipkart under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
      • Flipkart shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
      • By opting for this offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Flipkart nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
      • The 5x Difference Offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer out of his/her own will. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
      • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on Flipkart Travel nor it is applicable on bookings with deal code/ discounts/ bank offers etc at Flipkart Travel
      • Flights are subject to availability
      • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this offer.
      • The product & services offered by Flipkart Travel are governed by the terms of use prescribed by Flipkart on its site
      • These terms and conditions are in addition to Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using Flipkart Travel, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to the booking of flight tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to the 5x Difference Offer only.
      • The offered reward is not transferrable and non-exchangeable.
      • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
