1. What is the Bus Pass?
A: Bus pass is a subscription, where customers can get additional discounts on current and upcoming booking upon paying a minimal subscription fee.
2: What is the amount payable?
A: Bus pass subscription fee is Rs. 70 including GST
3: Till when / for how many bookings is the pass valid?
A:Bus Pass is valid for 5 bookings including current booking.
4: What are the benefits ?
A: Upon buying the Bus Pass, Customers will get Rs.50 additional discount over and above all other discounts for 5 bookings within 90 days of purchasing the Bus Pass.
5: From where can customers buy the bus pass?
A: Customers can purchase bus pass from Flipkart Travel
6: Is there any minimum booking value for availing discount?
A: Yes, ₹500 minimum order value criteria for availing Bus Pass discount.
7: Is this applicable for all payment modes?
A: Yes, Customer can choose to pay through any mode of payment other than cash
8: Is the bus pass eligible for all routes?
A: Yes, Bus Pass will be available on all routes.
9: Is the bus pass purchase refundable?
A: Bus Pass purchase is non-refundable
10: What happens to bus pass discount in case of cancellations?
A: In case of cancellations made by customer, bus pass discount shall not be refunded.
In case of operator cancellations, the bus pass discount shall be refunded.
In case of operator cancellations after expiry date, bus pass discount shall not be refunded.
Terms & Conditions
This Bus Pass Offer cannot be clubbed with other offers. The benefit of this Bus Pass Offer is not transferable and not exchangeable. The Bus Pass Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
This Bus Pass Offer is not applicable for payments made by cash. User must be logged in to the Flipkart app to avail the Bus Pass Offer benefits.
Flipkart Travel reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this Bus Pass Offer at any time in its sole discretion.
Flipkart Travel is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
Flipkart Travel shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event. Flipkart Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Bus Pass Offer.
All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, Insurance) on the benefits, wherever applicable, shall be payable by you. Flipkart Travel will not be responsible / liable for the same.
Issuance of any coupon code under the Bus Pass Offer does not amount to endorsement of the products and/or services provided by Flipkart Travel Travel or Flipkart Travel or issuance of gift card or EGV or PPI
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Bus Pass Offer by the customer, Flipkart Travel reserves the right to deny the Bus Pass Offer or cancel the booking and disqualify you from this offer.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart Travel harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart Travel as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part
In no event the entire liability of Flipkart Travel under this Bus Pass Offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
Flipkart Travel shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Bus Pass Offer.
Flipkart Travel disclaims all liability that may arise from violation of applicable laws by you or the Bus Operator. Flipkart Travel disclaims all liability from the services rendered by the Bus Operator.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this Bus Pass Offer.
You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the Bus Pass Offer, You may be required to submit personal information, about You. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Bus Pass Offer. Any information collected from You shall be subject to Flipkart Travel ’s Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are in addition to Flipkart Travel ’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Flipkart Travel .com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of buses. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular Bus Pass Offer only.
By opting for this Bus Pass Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Flipkart Travel nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such Bus Pass Offer that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
We may send you email, and other communications related to the Bus Pass Offer.
Benefits under this Bus Pass Offer are for personal use only, and shall not be commercially exploited, in all cases where any commercial or fraudulent activity is suspected, Flipkart Travel reserves the right to withdraw any claimed benefits.
The Bus Pass Offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this Bus Pass Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Flipkart Travel shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy of information submitted by you.
Flipkart Travel is only an intermediary. The underlying bus bookings are subject to availability with the end service provider ie the Bus Operator.
22.This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
