  • The Free Furniture Frenzy, Get Set Win! contest (Contest/Offer) will commence at 21:00 Hours on June 23rd 2021 and end at 00:00 Hours on June 30th 2021 (Offer/Contest Period).

• What is the offer about?

  • In the contest, Viewers will be asked to try the AR feature with Furniture, record the experience and post it from their social media handles using our hashtag #FlipkartFurnitureGiveaway and tagging Flipkart. The video/post/reel with the most creative and quirky content will win. The core idea is to make people try the AR feature with as many products as possible and get handy with it.

  • The user who shares the most number of entries with multiple products will win a targeted discount of 99% off on a product as a give away which can be redeemed from 1st July - 10th July 2021

• What are the conditions to avail the offer ?

  • Participants to log in to their respective social media platform (facebook, Instagram ot Twitter) using the Flipkart registered ID visit the Flipkart page click on the Free Furniture Frenzy banner and provide us with creative images from the AR experience & post it on their handle/FK social handle using #FlipkartFurnitureGiveaway during the offer period.

  • Age must be 18 years or above

• How are Winners selected?

  • The most creative & highest number of entries will be chosen as the winner

  • The most appropriate usage of the feature when amplified to get the right images will be the guardrail to chose the winner

  • There will be a total of 3 winners, one from each social media platform Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

• What is the Tie-Breaker?

  • In Case of a tie, the tie will be broken based on the entries shared by the participants. The better the usage of the feature the higher the changes of the winner.

• What is a valid response?

  • A Valid response will be a clear image by using the FK Furniture AR experience as per the guidelines shared by us.

• When and Where the winners will be announced?

  • Winners will be announced on the respective social platforms on 1st July 20:00 Hours

• What is the award that can be availed during redemption?

  • The winner will get a targeted discount of 99% Off on a product chosen by the Seller that he will have to purchase at 1% + shipping charges cost from 1st July - 10th July 2021

• How and When can winners redeem the product at 99% discount

• This offer (“Offer”) is being run on Flipkart Internet Private Limited. (“Flipkart”) on Flipkart Social Media Platform, which is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart ”,“We” or “Our”).
• By participating in this Offer, the user (“Participant”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
• these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
• the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, FAQs and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and
• all applicable terms and conditions of the Seller.

• You will need to login to your Social Media Platform using your Flipkart registered address, visit the Flipkart page during Offer Period and click on the Free Furniture Frenzy, Get Set Win banner to play the contest during the Offer Period.
• Winner selection:

• Discount under this Offer shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart or the Seller and is not transferable.
• The discounts under this Offer may be withdrawn by the Sellers voluntarily unless there is a force majeure situation rendering the Seller unable to perform the services, for reasons beyond its control, such as, but not limited to force majeure such as Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance of services.

• Any issues/queries related to this offer will be entertained only till 10th July 2021
• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
• Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the discounts under the said Offer.
• Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by the Seller to provide the discount to the eligible users. Seller shall indemnify and hold Flipkart harmless against any claims by the users in this regard.
• Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the Seller and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Seller and without reference to Flipkart.
• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and the Sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
