Flipkart Gift Card refund incentive program:

What is it?

When returning a product on Flipkart, if you choose to receive your refund as a Flipkart Gift Card, you’ll earn up to 2% extra on the refund value.

What is the validity of the Flipkart Gift card?

It will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

1. This offer applies exclusively to eligible returns processed via the Gift Card Refund method. Customers may avail of the incentive amount only once per calendar month and once per unique order ID.
2. Maximum additional value is capped at ₹20 per transaction.
3. Gift card balance must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance. Any unused balance after this period will expire.
4. The refund for the product will be credited instantly after the quality check team accepts the return. The offer amount will be credited within 72 hours of return acceptance.
5. Offer applies only to eligible returns via Gift Card Refund.
6. The additional amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Credit will be linked to the original Flipkart account on which the purchase was made.
8. Gift card balance can be checked under Account → Account Settings → Saved Credit/Debit & Gift Cards → Gift Cards.
9. Flipkart reserves the right to revoke benefits in case of misuse or duplicate account creation.
10. Offer terms are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
