    1. What is the Contest?

      • Shopsy, in collaboration with Cleartrip selects a vacation location and asks for participants to prepare a shopping cart for the vacation using Shopsy products at the lowest prices
      • Participants can share their cart as a reel/post on Instagram tagging Shopsy and cleatrip, stating why they should win, with the hashtag #CartBanaoGhoomneJao
      • Top 3 winners will get fully sponsored packages+flight tickets (approx. budget- 1.5 Lacs) and the other 20 winners will get Shopsy EGVs worth Rs.2000

    2. How will the winner be decided?

    Winners will be decided on the basis of maximum likes to their reels/posts during the contest period (30th Aug to 7th Sept)

    3. What are the Prizes?

    3 winners of the challenge get a fully paid travel package + flight ticket vouchers to the location. 20 other winners get EGVs worth Rs.2000 from Shopsy

    4. What is the Contest Period?

    This Contest will begin on 12:00 hours of 30th August 2025 and end on 23:59 hours of 7th September 2025 (“Contest Period”)

    6. How and when are the Winners being announced? ?

    Selected winners are given a shoutout via stories within 15 days

    7. How will the Winners receive the Prizes?

    Winners will be given their EGVs through Shopsy’s Instagram handle and also through direct message to their profile. The rewards will be distributed 2 weeks after the announcement of Winners.

    This is subject to the satisfaction of the below stated TnC’s and upon satisfaction of any other stipulation that may be communicated by Shopsy from time to time.

    1. What is the validity of EGV?

    The EGV for Cleartrip will be valid till December, 2025. Shopsy EGV will be valid till 30th september, 2026

    1. Who can avail the prizes?

    The travel voucher from Cleartrip and EGV from Shopsy are non-transferable and must be used by the person assigned.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)

    1. PRELIMINARY

    2. This Offer (“Shopsyx Cleartrip Grand Shopsy Mela contest”) (defined below) is being run for a limited period only by Shopsy Private Limited on the Shopsy instagram handle (“Platform”) and Cleatrip Instagram handle, which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited.

    3. By participating in this Offer, the user (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) agrees to be bound by.

      1. these terms and conditions (“T&C”).
      2. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
      3. any terms and conditions of Shopsy and Cleatrip;

    II. OFFER DETAILS

    1. To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfil the following:

    4. The EGV can be availed only once during the Validity Period by You.
    5. EGV and travel vouchers are non-transferable and must be availed by the assigned person

    6. Steps to participate in this Contest:

      • Participants have to share a screenshot of the cart with their looks for the particular location within the location being live on the Shopsy App
      • Participants must upload this picture to Instagram tagging @shopsy_app and @cleartrip and use #Shopsy #CartBanaoGhoomneJao
      • Participants must be following Shopsy_app and Cleartrip on Instagram

    7. This Contest will begin on 12:00 hours of 30th August 2025 and end on 23:59 hours of 7th September 2025 (“Contest Period”).

    8. The rewards will be distributed within 2 weeks after the announcement of Winners.

    9. The decision of Shopsy in the adjudication of the Winners shall be final and Shopsy and Cleatrip will not entertain any correspondence from Participants regarding their winnings.
    10. The Prizes will be given to Winners subject to applicable deductions under relevant tax laws.
    11. The Prizes are not transferable and cannot be settled or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
    12. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Shopsy and Cleartrip shall not be responsible in any manner.
    13. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on the Platform.
    14. You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

    III. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. This Offer is valid in the territory of India.
    2. This is a limited period Offer and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Shopsy and Cleartrip.
    3. This Offer is not open to sellers on the Shopsy Platform.
    4. Shopsy and Cleartrip reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, including without limitation: changing the Prizes, modifying how You may earn the Prizes, and discontinuing the Offer entirely, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
    5. Shopsy and Cleartrip shall not be responsible for any tickets, package and products sold or purchased on the Platforms.
    6. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Offer. Any information collected from You as part of the Offer shall be subject to Shopsy's and Cleartrip’s Privacy Policy.
    7. Shopsy and Cleartrip may use your personal details like Name, email ID & Phone number to announce Winners on the Platform. However, details such as email ID and Phone number may be masked and may not be communicated.

    8. Shopsy and Cleartrip reserve the right to take any administrative and / or legal action including but not limited to termination of Your eligibility for the offer or terminate Your account on the Platform or the Platform, if You are found;

        1. sending invites to users using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited emails, or links on message boards or forums;
        2. attempting to take/taking unfair advantage of the Offer;
        3. using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to Us;
        4. violating any terms of this Offer or any other terms and conditions on Shopsy;
        5. participating in the Offer in contravention with any applicable law or regulations.
    9. You are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any such participation is voluntary.
    10. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Shopsy and Cleartrip.
    11. This Offer may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of Shopsy and Cleartrip without prior notice.
    12. Shopsy and Cleartrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Offer or violates the terms of this Offer or of the Platform.
    13. Shopsy and Cleatrip shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Offer.
    14. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Shopsy and Cleatrip harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Shopsy/Cleartrip as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Offer by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    15. Issuance of this Offer does not amount to endorsement of any goods or services. Shopsy and Cleartrip shall not be liable for any missed services, quality, defect or deficiency in any goods or services.
    16. This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
    17. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Shopsy and Cleatrip shall not be responsible in any manner.
    18. Prizes shall not be settled in cash by Shopsy and Cleatrip, and are not transferable.
    19. All decisions pertaining to the Offer are at the sole discretion of Shopsy and Cleatrip.
    20. Shopsy and Cleatrip shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    21. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 30th Sep 2025, post such date, Shopsy and Cleatrip will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
