Win Eligibility: How does a customer become eligible to win ?
- Customer should buy only Furniture products from below:
- Every order placed on Furniture qualifies for this contest if the order value is greater than 10K
- Only highest transacting customer every hour will win
- A customer can win maximum of one time in case of multiple transactions
- In case of no 10 K transaction in an hour - No customer will win the EGV
- In case the “winner” returns or cancels all the items in the cart, He / She will not be eligible for the benefit. No second winner will be chosen / declared for the offer.
- Any customer who uses EGV (either in part of full) to pay for a transaction will not be eligible to win
- There will be a maximum of 24 customers from 5th Oct 24 00:00 Hrs to 5th Oct 24, 23:59:59 who can win the EGV
Flipkart employees will be excluded from this content and will not be eligible to win
Winner Selection Criteria: How will the winner be determined ?
The winning customer will be determined based on the highest order value placed during every hour
A customer can win only once, In case a customer wins multiple times, the customer’s first transaction on day by timestamp will be considered as the winning transaction and a second in line winner will be chosen for the other transactions using the same steps
- Gift voucher value determination: How will the value of the cashback be decided ?
- A customer who wins will be given an EGV (e-gift voucher) of 10,000 INR , results will be announced by 18th Nov
- The customer will only be given the EGV for only after the return window is closed, after 25th Nov
- In case even if 1 of the items in the cart are returned / canceled, No EGV will be given
- Products mentioned under point 6 under frequently asked questions will be excluded and cart value will be reduced by the respective amount
Returns and cashback eligibility: How will returns/cancellations impact the EGV value ?
- Return window of all products in the cart should have been over before the winner is eligible to win the EGV
- No item in the cart should should be returned or canceled
- The EGV will be issued only for those items in the cart which are not returned/canceled once the return window for all items in the cart is over
- Returns and Cancellation include all types of returns and cancellations, Flipkart or by self
Cart back gift voucher terms and schedule: What will the issuance terms be for the gift voucher ?
- Winners will be announced on 18th Nov 2024
- EGV will be issued once return window of all products in the cart is over and only for those items that have not been returned or canceled - 1st Dec 2024
- EGV issued will be valid from 1st Dec 2024 to 30th Nov 2025.
- EGV will be shared over email to the customers, In case of no registered email ID, EGV will be shared over SMS/Whatsapp
Communication to winning customers: How will we communicate to the winning customers ? The winner will be informed both through email and SMS by 18th Nov Winners will not be published publicly since account id and phone number are the two unique identifiers we have and the same cannot be shared The winner will be informed about the payment terms and schedule mentioned above The winner will also be asked to share the PAN over call in case he/she needs the TDS certificate PAN be collected through a form since its considered as sensitive data

PRELIMINARY
- This Offer (defined below) is being run by Godrej (“the Brands ”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
- By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform. - The Offer is valid for a limited period only and will commence at 00:00 hrs on 5th Oct 24 00:00 Hrs to 5th Oct 24, 23:59:59 (“Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:

- Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
- The Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by the customer.

- This Offer is valid only in India [except for the state of Tamil Nadu, for luck-based offers].
- The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
- Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
- This Offer is being run by the Brands on Flipkart Platform.
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
- The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Brands and/or Flipkart.
- Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
- Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
- Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by the Brands on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Flipkart only.
- This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. The Brands shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, the Brands shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Offer (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of the Brands; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Offer.
- Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
- This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
- Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Flipkart Customer care support team on Flipkart app.
- Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
- The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
