1. What is the Contest?
As a part of the Contest, Customer has to visit the Contest page on Flipkart Platform and answer the relevant questions there in. There will be a total of 20 winners, who will get exciting HP Merchandize like sippers, mugs, USB drives etc
Please Note Customers can participate in the contest only with Mobile App and Flipkart Lite Platform.
Contest Callout- Answer the question correctly, register for the event and stand a chance to win branded omen merchandise.
2. What is the Contest duration?
The Contest will commence at 00:00 hrs on 20th November, 2020 and end at 23:59 hrs on 2nd December, 2020 (“Contest Period”). HP reserves the right to terminate or extend the contest anytime in between without any notice to the participant.
3. How and when the winners will be selected?
There will be a total of 20 winners. Registering and answering the question correctly are prerequisites to be eligible for the selection process.
Winners will be selected by HP by evaluating the submissions made by participants. HP is under no obligation to disclose the reason for such selection of winners to any other participant;

Your email id should be registered/updated with Flipkart in order to be considered for the winner selection process. Any order without email id registered with us will be excluded from the Contest.
4. What benefits will the winners get and How should winner avail the benefit
Each winner will get an exciting HP merchandise worth Rs. 600.
Winners will be contacted separately by HP within 3 days of the winner announcement and will be asked to submit their addresses for delivery of the prizes. Winners are required to submit their address within 1 week of contact received.
Ø Delivery will be endeavoured to be completed within 30 days from the date of winners submitting their address for delivery. However, in case a winner is located in a Covid-19 related containment zone or if the concerned authorities impose any restrictions on the movement of goods or services to contain the Covid-19 spread, HP and/or the concerned agency will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the prizes.
Ø Winners will need to ensure that their address and other personal details provided are correct and belong to the winners only. HP and/or the agency will not liable for any incorrect information or detail shared by the winner in this regard;
To the extent permitted by law, participants to this contest agree and undertake not to hold HP and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
Ø All disputes will be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
5. Will there be any communication sent out to winners?

Preliminary
This Contest (“Contest”) is being run and sponsored by HP on Flipkart mobile app and site only (“Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
By participating in this Contest, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
a) these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
b) the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and

To participate in the Contest, You must do/ fulfill the following:

c) You will need to login to the Flipkart Mobile App using your registered Flipkart email address, mobile number and select the answers and click on “Submit your answers now” button during the contest period.

If You have made multiple entries during the Contest Period, only the first instance will be considered for the purpose of this Contest.
You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
By participating in this Contest, it would be deemed that You have given Us/Brand Your consent to contact You through call, SMS or email on the details provided by You for the purpose of this Contest.
Decision of Brand/Flipkart shall be final in the selection of the Winners and Participants cannot dispute or challenge the decision under any circumstances.
General Terms & Conditions
This Contest is valid only in India
The Contest is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
Contest is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks. The Prize shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
This Contest is being run by HP on Flipkart Platform.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Contest and/or the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Brand and/or Flipkart.
Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
Customer understands that this Contest and other offers are provided by Brand on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Contest and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Brand only.
This Contest is not owned or sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Contest is in violation with any applicable law. Brand shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this Contest being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, Brand shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Contest (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Brand; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Contest.
Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any customer/persons.
Any query regarding this Contest will be entertained only till 15th January. Post such date Flipkart/Brand will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
