● What is the Offer?
Under this Offer, customers who purchase ‘Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max’ will be getting complimentary “Flipkart Black Membership”. This festive offer will be applicable to customers who during the aforementioned purchase journey a) are not active members of the paid subscription program called ‘Black’. b) are ‘active’ members of subscription program called ‘Black’. ● What is the duration of the Offer?
From 00:00 hrs on 22nd September 2025 to 23:59 hrs on 22nd September 2025, subject to availability of the stock of the primary product
● How to claim the offer? How to activate the Black membership>
The complimentary product (Black membership) will be activated from Backend, within 7 days of the delivery of the primary product (Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max). The Black membership will be auto - added as a freebie for the customers buying Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max from Flipkart. For Minutes, customers will separately receive the membership link via WhatsApp/SMS to buy @1 Re within 7 days of successful delivery of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
● What if I am already a ‘Black’ member of Flipkart?
In that case, you will receive a one year extension of ‘Black’ membership and the same will be enabled from the backend. We will revise your existing membership’s expiry date by 12months. For example - An existing Black customer with membership expiring on 31st Dec, 2025 will have their membership extended by 12 months to 31st Dec, 2026
● What is the eligibility criteria to avail this offer?
All the customers who purchase the product ‘Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max’ are eligible to get the complimentary benefit of ‘Flipkart Black Membership, excluding customers whose past or present conduct on the platform violates any of the following conditions:
(i) The user is not the ultimate end consumer of the product, meaning the product was not purchased from Flipkart for personal use or consumption.
(ii) The user has purchased the product from Flipkart with the intent to repackage, resell, or otherwise distribute it to a third party.
(iii) There is reasonable suspicion or evidence that the user is engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or non-genuine activities.
● What are some of the limits/caps for the customers purchasing the primary and secondary product?
(i) This offer can only be availed ‘once’ per customer during the offer period
(ii) This offer will only be valid for users placing ‘1’ quantity of ‘Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max’ and customers placing multi-unit orders (more than ‘1’ quantity of Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max) will not be receiving the complimentary benefit of ‘Flipkart Black Membership’.
● What would happen if I purchase Flipkart Black membership along with the complimentary bundle of ‘Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max’ in the same order/transaction?
In such a scenario, we will be cancelling the ‘paid’ subscription and refunding the amount that you would’ve paid in lieu of the Black subscription
● What happens if I purchase ‘iPhone 16 Pro Max’ during the sale period from Flipkart Minutes? Is the offer applicable to Flipkart Minutes as well?
Yes, the offer is also applicable in Flipkart Minutes during the offer period. Users purchasing ‘iPhone 16 Pro Max’ via minutes will receive app notifications within 7 days of successful delivery of the ‘iPhone 16 Pro Max’ to purchase BLACK membership at Re 1. Rules for eligibility and other general rules stay the same as mentioned above.

○ This Offer (defined below) is being run by Flipkart Internet Private Limited on www.flipkart.com\*, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).*
○ By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
