#FlipkartMusicForAllFest- Instagram Contest for World Music Day
This promotion is being conducted by Kadence (“Brand”) in collaboration with Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”), wherein the user (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) has an opportunity to participate in the Contest (defined below), subject to these terms and conditions (“T&C”).
By participating in this promotion, You agree to be bound by:
a. these T&C;
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart.
c. the applicable terms and conditions of Instagram.
The Contest shall commence from 19th June 00:01 hrs and ends on 21st June 23:59 hrs(“Contest Period”).
To participate in the Contest, You are required to fulfill/ do the following during the Contest Period:
a. Age must be 18 years or above;
b. Be a resident of India; and
c. Have a valid Instagram account, log into the same and like Flipkart’s Instagram Page at https://www.instagram.com/flipkart

Basis the entries , Vasu Dixit and Kadence will select the winners (social media handles) and announce them on Social Media POst tagging Flipkart on 28th June. Winner to be selected by Brand and the giveaway fulfillment will be done by Flipkart.
Other Terms and Conditions
- This Contest is valid only in India.
- Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
- This Prize under this Contest cannot be clubbed with any other prize/reward/offer made available to You by an issuer of any debit card or credit card.
- Flipkart does not endorse the Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the Seller.
- Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest, at any time without any prior written notice.
- Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
- Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winning participants and such determination shall be as per these T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
- The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
- Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
- Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the Seller and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Seller and without reference to Flipkart.
- You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of these T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
- This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
- The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
- All government levies etc. shall be payable by You as applicable at the time the respective Contests were offered.
- Any query regarding the Contest will be entertained only till 21st June 23:59 hrs. Post such date Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
