Winner Selection Criteria: How will the winner be determined ?
The winning customer will be determined based on the minimum order of 10,000 worth Dining Set
A customer can win only once, In case a customer wins multiple times, the customer’s first transaction on day by timestamp will be considered as the winning transaction and a second in line winner will be chosen for the other transactions using the same steps
Dinner Set value determination: How will the value of the cashback be decided ?
- A customer who wins will be given a coupon of Rs 999 INR , results will be announced by 15th Nov
- The customer will only be given the coupon only after the return window is closed, after 25th Nov
- In case even if 1 of the items in the cart are returned / canceled, No coupon will be given
- Products mentioned under point 6 under frequently asked questions will be excluded and cart value will be reduced by the respective amount
Returns and cashback eligibility: How will returns/cancellations impact the coupon value ?
- Return window of all products in the cart should have been over before the winner is eligible to win the coupon
- No item in the cart should should be returned or canceled
- The coupon will be issued only for those items in the cart which are not returned/canceled once the return window for all items in the cart is over
- Returns and Cancellation include all types of returns and cancellations, Flipkart or by self

- This Offer (defined below) is being run by Flipkart in partnership with Cello (“Brand” on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
- By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform. - Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
- This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
- Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Flipkart Customer Care Supporton the Flipkart app.
- Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
- The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
