      Under this Offer, the customers who purchase the eligible products of Mobiles, TV and home appliances, electronics and two wheelers sold on the Flipkart Platform will be given codes that will provide them a discount of INR 500 on the Mia by Tanishq app, website & Mia by Tanishq stores on diamond jewellery & gold jewellery purchases above INR 20,000.       This Offer is eligible to select on the Platform as decided by the Brand (“Eligible Products”). For more details, please visit the product page.

    • What is the duration of the Offer?

      From 00:01 hrs on 9th October 2024 to 23:59 hrs on 31st October 2024 (“Offer Period”).

    • What is the duration of the Redemption Period?

      After the delivery of the Eligible Product, the customer can redeem the Offer. Last date for redeeming the Offer is 31st October 2024. (“Redemption Period”)

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. PRELIMINARY
    1. This Offer (defined below) is being run and sponsored by Titan Company Limited (“Brand”), on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).. The Offer is being funded wholly by the Brand.
    2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
    3. these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
    4. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and
    5. All applicable terms and conditions of the Brand.
    6. OFFER DETAILS
    7. The Offer is valid for a limited period only and will commence at 00:01 hrs on 9th October 2024 to 23:59 hrs on 31st October (“Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfill the following:
    8. Age must be 18 years or above;
    9. Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
    10. The Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by You.
    11. Only one Coupon Code will be distributed per order

    Other Terms & Conditions

      1. The purchased jewellery must be from diamond studded & plain gold categories only with a minimum purchase value of Rs.20,000/- for eligibility of the offer
      2. This coupon can be redeemed only at Mia Stores, Mia Website and Mia Mobile Application
      3. This offer is applicable for any customer who is receiving the unique coupon code on purchasing an applicable product from Flipkart and subsequently purchasing at Mia
      4. This offer is applicable for one time purchase only for one customer
      5. The coupon cannot be used multiple times (Post usage the code will be considered as redeemed)
      6. Forwarded text message or SMS or WhatsApp, or screenshots will be treated as Not Eligible to avail the discount. The coupon must be shown on the Flipkart platform at the time of purchase in a Mia store.
      7. This offer can be clubbed with any other ongoing discounts, where applicable
      8. This offer is not valid on silver jewellery, silver coins or gold coins
      9. This Offer is valid only in India [except for the state of Tamil Nadu, for luck based offers].
      10. The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
      11. Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
      12. This Offer is being run by the Brand on Flipkart Platform.
      13. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
      14. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
      15. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Brand and/or Flipkart.
      16. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
      17. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
      18. Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by the Brand on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Brand only.
      19. This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. Brand shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, Brand shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Offer (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Brand c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Offer.
      20. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
      21. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.

      1. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
      2. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
      3. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
