Preliminary

1. This Offer is being run by Flipkart on Flipkart’s official Facebook/Instagram handles and Flipkart Mobile App (“Platform”), which platforms are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

   1. these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
   2. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform which are owned and operated by Flipkart; and
   3. all applicable terms and conditions of the Flipkart

Offer Details

1. The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 25th September 2021 and end at 11:59 hrs on 28th September 2021 (“Offer Period”).

2. To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfill the following:

   1. Age must be 18 years or above;
   2. Be a citizen and resident of India
   3. Must have a valid account on the Flipkart Platform
   4. Must use either Facebook/Instagram/Twitter to enter in the contest during the Offer Period;
   5. Must identify all the colours in the posts put up by Flipkart and answer the question that is part of the contest, as part of this Offer, on their official Facebook/Instagram handles, and give the answers through comments on the posts in the Social Media Platform by tagging @Flipkart and use the hashtag #RevolutionOfColors.
   6. Users participating through Facebook/Instagram will be required to go to https://instagram.com/flipkart?utm_medium=copy_link and follow the steps to participate in the Contest.
   7. The Offer will also be run on the Mobile App page where you can enter the answer in the input box given ;
3. The entries must satisfy all the above conditions under the T&C inorder to be considered as a qualified entry.
4. From amongst the qualified entries, the top six (6) entries closest to the correct answer (“Winners”) will receive Flipkart EGVs worth Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each between 8th October 2021 - 18th October 2021. In case there are multiple entries with the same answer, the winners will be decided basis the best answer to the question that is a part of the Offer.
5. The Winners will be announced on 03rd October 2021 on Flipkart’s Facebook/Instagram Page. Winners will have to share their email IDs and phone numbers by messaging it to the official Facebook/Instagram Page of Flipkart by 04th October 2021 if so required by the Flipkart team. Flipkart shall take no liability with respect to the delivery of the EGV in case incorrect details are shared or if the details are shared to the wrong Facebook ID.
6. The Winners will receive communications from Flipkart via Flipkart’s official Facebook/Instagram handles and In-app notification depending upon the Platform that was used by You for participation.
7. Flipkart does not review, monitor, approve or interfere with respect to processing and usage of the personal information on Facebook and Flipkart shall not be held liable for any breach in this regard. The processing and usage of such information shall be under the control of Facebook and accordingly, Facebook Privacy Policy and other relevant terms need to be referred to for this purpose.
8. Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final. This Offer is valid only in India.
9. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is valid only in India (Territory).
2. The Offer is open only to the end users who are Indian citizens. Citizens and residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
3. Flipkart shall be free to decline participation if the said requirements are not satisfied.
4. In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Offer or any alleged defect in the products or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved by the respective brands or sellers from whom the purchase was made, and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
5. Issuance of this offer does not amount to endorsement of any products sold on the Platform and Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed products, quality, defect in Products or deficiency in the services.
6. All statutory taxes on the Offer shall be payable by you. Flipkart will not be responsible / liable for the same.
7. This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. In case of Offer and / or any products, for which Foreign Exchange is required to be purchased, You will have to bear the same.
8. No other offers will be in conjunction with this Offer.
9. All decisions pertaining to the Discounts for this Offer are at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
10. Discount shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
11. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events rendering Flipkart unable to extend the Offer, for reasons beyond Flipkart’s control, such as, but not limited to Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be completely or partially withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
12. This Offer is valid for limited inventory and subject to availability.
13. Flipkart reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend, or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
14. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount of Flipkart.
15. You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
16. Flipkart reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries to this Contest and Participants (including a Participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant who violates these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process or is engaged in any fraudulent activity.
17. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part. (iv) breach of terms of the privacy policy and this T & Cs.
18. You shall not post any content on the Social Media Platform which is obscene, profanity, abusive, libelous, defamatory, harassing or in any manner violate applicable laws of India. Indulgence into anti-social/anti-national activity will lead to legal punishment as applicable in the Territory.
19. These T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
20. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until 26th September 2021. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
21. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
