Can I avail any other payment offers running during the offer period?
* Yes, you can also avail the 10% Instant Discount offer applicable on HDFC Bank Debit & Credit Cards, if you choose to pay using your HDFC Card within PhonePe payment option.
What other conditions will apply to avail the offer?
* Cashback will be credited to customer's PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction
Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
* In case of partial payments made using any payment mode other than PhonePe or avail any exchange offer, the Offer will be valid only on the total transaction value paid through PhonePe.
What else do I need to know?
* PhonePe Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe * The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Preliminary
This Offer (defined below) is being extended by PhonePe Private Limited (PhonePe) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively Platform), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart).
By participating in this Offer, user (You, Your or Customer) agrees to be bound by:
- these terms and conditions (T&C)
- the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
- all applicable terms and conditions of PhonePe.
Offer Details
Offer is valid from 1st April 2018 (00:00 Hours) to 2nd April (23:59 Hours) (Offer Period)
To avail this Offer customer must do/ fulfill the following:
Age must be 18 years or above;
- Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
- The phone number linked to Your account on the Platform must be the same as the phone number on which Your PhonePe account has been activated; and
- Purchase a product on the Platform from any category to which this offer applies, using either your PhonePe wallet or your credit card/ debit card/ UPI through PhonePe (Eligible Payment Method). You are requested to check product page and confirm offer applicability before making any purchase.
Complete payment of the product price on the Platform must be made through the Eligible Payment Method.
On fulfilling the above requirements during the Offer Period, you will get 15% cashback up to Rs. 125, which will be credited into Your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction on the Platform (Offer).
The Cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to Your linked bank account using PhonePe app.
In case where cashback has been credited to customers PhonePe wallet and customer cancels the transaction and seeks a refund, the amount of cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to the customer.
Refund amount for debit card will be credited to the PhonePe wallet, which can be withdrawn to the linked bank account.
The offer is applicable across all categories, with a few exclusions, as defined below; Cardholders to check the product page for Offer applicability.
The offer is applicable across all categories, with the exclusion of the following products:
- MakeMyTrip, Gaana+ and Hotstar Premium vouchers/subscriptions
- Infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles or infant foods.
- Offer is not applicable on Mobiles.
- Offer is not applicable on Mi LED Smart TV
Other Terms and Conditions
Cashback will be credited to the PhonePe wallet within 24 hours. In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.
You may not get cashback if Your Flipkart and/or PhonePe account is blacklisted.
This Offer is not applicable on Flipkart Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
This Offer is not applicable on purchase of infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles or infant foods.
PhonePe and Flipkart are NOT liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality of any product purchased by You on the Platform, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the seller of such product.
PhonePe and Flipkart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these T&C or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
If this Offer and/or anything to be done by Flipkart or PhonePe or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Flipkart and/ or PhonePe or any other entity, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of PhonePe or Flipkart, then Flipkart and/or PhonePe shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart and/or PhonePe.
These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in relation to this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only.
Under no circumstance will the Offer benefits be settled in cash.
Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 2nd May, 2018, Post such date, Flipkart or PhonePe will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any Customers/persons.
You shall indemnify and hold PhonePe and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by PhonePe and/ or Flipkart as a consequence of: (i) Your violation of these T&C, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) Your violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
