1. What is the Offer?
- The Offer is to get Flat Rs 150 off via coupons on a range of eligible products sold on the Flipkart Platform upon successful completion of the application process (including approval) for Flipkart Pay Later (also known as “Buy Now Pay Later”). Onboarded customers should place first transaction through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ between 3rd June 2022 00:00 hrs to 5th June 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive) to avail the offer.
- Offer/Coupons will be automatically applied during the checkout of the first transaction for new customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ on eligible products as per offer terms and conditions as specified below. The offer will not be applied during the checkout for the customers who are not eligible.
- Minimum order value is Rs. 750.

2. What is the eligibility for availing the Offer? Is there a minimum cart value required?
- The Offer is available to the new customers who successfully complete the application process (Full KYC) for Flipkart Pay Later Program (also known as “Buy Now Pay Later”) between 3rd June 2022 00:00 hrs to 5th June 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive)
- And upon completion of the application process, the customer must make the first transaction through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ (also known as “Buy Now Pay Later”) between 3rd June 2022 00:00 hrs to 5th June 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive), the offer is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Flipkart Pay Later.
- The offer is valid on a range of eligible products as specified on the Flipkart Platform sold by sellers, upon paying by ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ checkout option.
- The minimum cart value required to avail this offer is Rs 750 to avail Rs 150 off via coupons .
3. How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?
- Products with the Offer listed on the product page will be considered as “Eligible Products”. Please check if the Offer is listed on the product page, before making the purchase.
- The Offer will not apply on the following products: gold, gold jewelry, and electronic gift vouchers
4. Can I avail this Offer more than once?
- No. It is available for only 1 (one) transaction per customer who have successfully registered for Flipkart Pay Later after the completion of their application process (KYC required) and completing their first transaction using Flipkart Pay Later between 3rd June 2022 00:00 hrs to 5th June 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive).
5. Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially/fully?
- Offer is only valid if the complete transaction is made through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ option. This offer will not apply in case of any partial/full payment through Flipkart Gift Card.
6. Will I get the Offer if I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or PhonePe/UPI/any other mode of transaction?
- No, the Offer is applicable only if the first transaction is made through Flipkart Pay Later and not through any other mode of transaction.
7. Will I get the Offer If I purchase the product(s) using the Pre-Book facility?
- No, the offer will not be valid on purchases made through the Pre-Book facility.
8. Is there a cap on the maximum offer value that can be availed via this Offer?
- Yes, maximum offer which can be availed is Rs 150.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRELIMINARY
This marketing program (“Offer”) is being run by Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“FAPL”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”). It is open only to new customers of the Flipkart Pay Later facility (“Pay Later”) & residents of India (“Customers”) on their first transaction through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’.
By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customers agree to be bound by:
a.these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
b. all applicable terms and conditions of Flipkart Pay Later and its partner financial institutions.
OFFER DETAILS
This Offer is available only to the new customers after completion of their application process (KYC required) and the first transaction through ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ (also known as “Buy Now Pay Later”) between 3rd June 2022 00:00 hrs to 5th June 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive).
Further, subject to these terms and conditions, Flipkart Pay Later Customers can avail Rs 150 on their first transaction on purchase from eligible ranges of products listed on the Flipkart Platform by sellers when purchased using the Flipkart Pay Later.
Customers must transact for a minimum of Rs 750 to be eligible for this Offer in conjunction with all terms and conditions being fulfilled.
The Offer can be applied only once per Customer in the Offer Period and on their first transaction through the Flipkart Pay Later. It cannot be applied on multiple orders during the Offer Period. The Offer cannot be clubbed with other offers.
Customers will not be eligible for the Offer if their application for Pay Later is not approved by FAPL’s financing partner(s).
The Offer will not apply on the following products: gold, gold jewelry, and electronic gift vouchers
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Offer will not apply in case of any payment made using Flipkart Gift Card/ Wallet or any other mode of payment ( e.g debit card, credit card or UPI etc) other than Flipkart pay later. The offer will not be valid on purchases made through the pre-book facility.
In case of cancellations or refund of any product ordered through the Flipkart Pay Later, Customer will be eligible for the Offer again only in the specified Offer period (between 3rd June 2022 00:00 hrs to 5th June 2022 23:59 hrs (both days inclusive)). If Customer cancels part of the order, they will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis eligibility. The customer will not be eligible for the offer again if availed once on the net amount of part cancellation.
Flipkart or FAPL do not endorse the Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers on the Platform.
Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Sale of Products on the Platform is subject to availability with the sellers and accordingly Flipkart or FAPL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
Under no circumstance will Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart, FAPL or the sellers.
FAPL reserves the right to disqualify or qualify respective Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer at its discretion, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of Flipkart Pay Later.
Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the sellers and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers and without reference to Flipkart.
All relevant levies etc. shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority including but not limited to financing partner of Flipkart Pay Later.
This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 20th July, 2022 on https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre. Post such date, Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
FAPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. These T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
FAPL, Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by Pay Later financing partner to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Customer was not successful.
The Customer shall indemnify and hold FAPL, Flipkart and its sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by such Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Customer.
