This certificate serves as your official record and must be presented to Philips representative along with proof of purchase when availing service. Please retain it for your records.

The extended warranty is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Refunds and cancellations of purchased warranties are not available after purchase.

The one-year extended warranty period commences immediately after the standard warranty period ends and follows the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty.

Standard warranty period:

• One Year* for Induction Cooktops.
• Two Years for other product categories like Kitchen Appliances, Garment Care, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers & Others.

Exclusion:

Based on the any of the below listed conditions, If:

• Proof of purchase or extended warranty certificate has been altered, tampered, made illegible or any of them not available
• Proof of purchase does not have the valid GST details
• Defects caused by improper or reckless use
• Repairs carried out by anyone other than an authorized Philips Home Appliances Service Centre
• Any modifications/ altercation made to the product
• If the serial number or production date code has been tampered, removed, or made illegible
• Incomplete warranty registration or documentation at the time of purchase
• Use of the product for commercial purposes (i.e., non-domestic use)
• Use of parts not recommended by the Company or use of parts from other manufacturers
• Damage caused by mishandling, negligence, breakage, or cracking of parts or
• Normal wear and tear, coating peeled off, color faded, or the replacement of consumable parts (e.g., filters, vacuum cleaner bags, or other accessories)
• Product is not used following the user manual
