    How do I check if a product is an eligible product?

    • Depending on the number of games you win, you will be provided with the additional discount on selected fashion products from applicable sellers and the additional offer will be displayed on the product page if the product is eligible for this offer.
    • Depending on the number of games you win, the eligible product list will change. For eg.
      • If You have won all 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 250 on products from applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 251.
      • If You have won 4 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 200 on products from applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 201.
      • If You have won 3 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 150 on products from applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 151.
      • If You have won 2 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 100 on products from applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 101.
      • If You have won 1 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 50 on products from applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 51.

    How and When can I redeem the offer?

    • Eligible customer will see the link in "My reward" section to avail the offer on the eligible products and can redeem the same during Big Billion Days.
    • The Offer benefit can be redeemed only on one (1) order during the redemption period.

    1. This Contest (" Contest") is being run by the sellers RetailNet (" Seller") on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App (" Platform"), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (" Flipkart").
    2. By participating in this Offer, user (" You", " Your" or " Participant") agrees to be bound by:
      • these terms and conditions (" T&C");
      • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and

    OFFER DETAILS

    1. The Contest will commence at 00:00 hrs on 28th September 2018 and end at 23:59 hrs on 7th October, 2018 (" Contest Period").

    2. To participate in the Offer, you must do/ fulfill the following:

      • Age must be 18 years or above;
      • Must have a valid registered account on the Platform and log into the same; and
      • Enter the Contest Page (" Contest Page") by clicking on the banner/ widget which appears on Fashion page of the Platform during Contest Period.

      • In terms of this Contest, on Contest page during the offer Period, you will see a contest. Contests contains five different games. You can win INR 50 from each game("Offer"). Each Participant will be eligible for the discount only once. Hence, by giving correct answer to all the five questions, you will win INR 250 Extra Off. Details of the game are:

All the users who provides correct answer to the games will win Extra 50 Off / Game on select products offered by the Seller, RetailNet, from the following categories: Men's Clothing, Women's Clothing, Kids' Clothing, Kids' Footwear, Men's Footwear, Women's Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Bags & Backpacks, Leather & Travel Accessories, on the Platform (" Categories" ) during Big Billion Days (" Offer Redemption Days").

    4. Eligible users, after logging into their registered account during Offer Redemption Days, will see the extra discount automatically applied on the selected products, subject to the terms herein. Customers can purchase only one unit using the Offer. The Participant shall get the extra discount on products sold by the Seller from respective Categories which are listed at a price higher than the total amount of Offer accrued by the Participant. For eg.

      • If You have won all 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 250 on products from Applicable categories sold by the Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 251.
      • If You have won 4 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 200 on products from Applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 201.
      • If You have won 3 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 150 on products from Applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 151.
      • If You have won 2 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 100 on products from Applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 101.
      • If You have won 1 out of 5 games, You will get Extra discount worth Rs. 50 on products from Applicable categories sold by selected Seller which are listed at a price higher than Rs. 51.

    6. The Offer can be availed only once during the Redemption Period by You. Offer is applicable only on first order during the Redemption Period(Big Billion Days).
    7. The offer can't be clubbed with any other offer running on the platform.
    8. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. This Offer is valid only in India.
    2. The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the products.
    3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this Contest.
    4. Discounts shall not be settled with cash in lieu and are not transferable.
    5. Seller and Flipkart reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest/ Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
    6. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    7. Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under this Offer.
    8. Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to determine the winners and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. The decision of Sellers and Flipkart in this regard shall be final.
    9. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Sellers and Flipkart.
    10. Sellers and Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    11. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Sellers on the Platform and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Sellers.
    12. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the Sellers.
    13. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Sellers and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Sellers and/ or Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws by You; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    14. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
    15. This Contest/Offer is not applicable for the users/customers from the State of Tamil Nadu.
    16. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
    17. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 31th October 2018. Post such date Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
