Once you've decided which Air conditioner to buy, check your old Air conditioner’s eligibility and the price offered on exchange by entering the details of your old Air conditioner in the "Buy With Exchange" tab. The offer is valid on select Air conditioner only.

Check if Exchange is available in your location

Before you hit 'Buy Now', check with your pincode if the Exchange Offer is available in your location. Exchange is possible in eligible pincodes only.

1. How does exchange work?

During the delivery of your new AC, the delivery agent will pick up your old AC for exchange.

2. How is the exchange price calculated?

The exchange price is calculated based on the brand, capacity and product condition that you specified while placing the order.

3. Where can I find the exchange price?

You can find the exchange price in the "View checks" page in the "My orders" section under the new product you ordered.

4. Can my old AC be rejected during exchange?

Yes. Your old AC can be rejected during the exchange.

5. Under what conditions will my AC be rejected?

Your AC can be rejected during exchange if,

  • AC Type is different from what was mentioned while placing the order (Split / Window AC mismatch)
  • The AC has key components missing. (Ex: Indoor unit, Outdoor unit, Compressor etc)

6. Do I have to uninstall my old AC?

Yes, customers are expected to keep the old AC uninstalled and in exchange worthy condition(Free of damages, with all internal and external components). Keep the uninstalled unit safely with all its internal and external components until our delivery executive picks it up.

7. Can I exchange an AC different from the one mentioned during the order placement?

No. You can only exchange the AC that you’ve mentioned while placing your order.

8. What do I do if my AC does not qualify for an exchange or if I don’t like the exchange price offered?

In both cases, you can get your new AC by paying an additional amount (equal to the exchange price) to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

9. Should I have the bill for my old AC to exchange it?

No. You don’t need the bill for your old AC to exchange it.

10. Can I exchange more than one AC at a time?

No, you can only exchange one AC at a time.

11. Is it possible to deliver my new AC and pick up my old one at different addresses?

No. Since the delivery and pick-up happen at the same time, we’ll only be able to pick up and deliver to a single location.

12. If I wish to return the new AC bought with an exchange, will I get my old AC back?

No, we won’t be able to get your old AC . However, an EGV equal to the exchange price, would be provided once the new AC is picked up.

13. Why am I being charged for availing the exchange?

To cover the costs of picking up, packing, and shipping your old AC to the seller, you will be charged a nominal fee for the exchange.

14. Can I exchange an AC received under a Government/NGO scheme?

No. Due to legal reasons, you cannot exchange an appliance you received under a government/NGO scheme.

15. Will I get a proof of exchange for my old AC?

Yes. You will get an acknowledgement along with your e-bill to your registered email address once your old AC is picked up..
