What is the Offer Period?

• From 00:00 hrs on 15th April 2021, to 23:59 hrs 30th June 2021 (Both dates inclusive.)

How do I check if the product is eligible for the Offer?

• Offer is not applicable on Flight, bus, Gold coins, Grocery, Refurbished, and few exclusions. Offer will also be listed on the product page. Please check the product page for the eligibility of the Offer before making a purchase.

What are the other conditions to avail the Offer?

• Offer is applicable only thrice per user during the offer period, on eligible RuPay debit card transactions

How and When will I receive the discount?

• Once you add all required items to your cart & proceed to check out by entering RuPay debit card details, your order summary will be updated automatically with a discounted amount.

Redemption Process:

• Login to Flipkart.com (Mobile App/Mobile Site/Website)
• Add the required products to your cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Enter RuPay debit card details
• Offer discount applied automatically (You will have the discount summary)
• Complete your transaction using your any of your RuPay debit card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRELIMINARY

• This Offer (defined below) is being run by select sellers (“Seller”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
• By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

OFFER DETAILS

• The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 15th April 2021 to 23:59 hrs on 30th June 2021(“Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, you must do/ fulfil the following:
• Age must be 18 years or above;
• Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This Offer is applicable only in India.
• The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
• Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
• This Offer is being run by seller on Flipkart Platform.
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
• The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Seller and/or Flipkart.
• Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
• Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
• Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Seller(s) on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Seller only.
• This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. Seller shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, Seller shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Offer (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Seller; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Offer.
• Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
• Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Seller only on or before 30th July 2021
• Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
• The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
