As part of this contest, you have to participate in the Answer & Win Challenge and answer up to 6 questions over a period of 6 Days to win an additional discount of up to INR 300 with minimum cart of INR 750 on select Fashion products (products from Watches, Sunglasses, Handbags, Backpacks, Artificial Jewellery, Men's clothing, Women's Clothing & Kids' Fashion ("Eligible Categories") during The Big Billion Days Sale (00:00 Hrs. 29 September 2019 to 23:59 Hrs. 4 October 2019). Flipkart Plus customers can avail the discount from during early Access too. Redemption Period for Flipkart Plus customers is 08:00 Hrs. 28th September 2019 to 23:59 Hrs. 4th October 2019.

PRELIMINARY
This is a promotional offer ("Offer") from select sellers ("Seller") being run on Flipkart Mobile App, (referred to as "Platform"), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart").
By participating in Answer and Win ("Contest"), the user ("You" or "Your") agrees to be bound by:
- These terms and conditions ("T&C"); and
- The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on Flipkart Mobile App, (referred to as "Platform"), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart", "We" or "Our").
CONTEST DETAILS
Users will be able to participate in this Contest starting from 12:00 Hours on 19 September 2019 and end at 12:00 Hours on 25 September 2019 ("Contest Period").
To participate in the Contest You must do/ fulfill the following:
- Age must be 18 years or above;
- Must have a valid account on the Platform and log in using the same on the Flipkart Mobile App
As part of this contest, you have to answer 6 simple questions that will be prompted on clicking the Super 30 Challenge - Answer & Win banner on Fashion Intrigue Page on Flipkart app and website during the Contest period.
1 multi option question will be hosted on Flipkart Fashion Intrigue Page during the Contest period. You will need to select a response to the question prompted on the Answer and Win contest section. ONLY the first response from you on any given day will be considered the recorded response to that day's question. Subsequent responses from the same account ID on the same day is invalid.
Answering question daily will make you eligible for additional discount on Select Fashion products listed by participating Seller during Redemption Period as per the following matrix:
- 1 Question Answered - INR 30 Discount
- 2 Question Answered - INR 60 Discount
- 3 Question Answered - INR 90 Discount
- 4 Question Answered - INR 120 Discount
- 5 Question Answered - INR 150 Discount
- 6 Question Answered - INR 300 Discount
Winners will get the discount during The Big Billion Days ("Redemption Period") (00:00 Hrs. 29 September 2019 to 23:59 Hrs. 4 October 2019) and can check the same in their My Rewards Section from (00:00 Hrs. 29 September 2019 to 23:59 Hrs. 4 October 2019)
The discount will be applicable in the Early Access Period (20:00 Hrs 28 September 2019 to 00:00 Hrs 29 September 2019) for Flipkart Plus Users
If You have made multiple entries during the Contest Period, only the first instance will be considered for the purpose of this Offer.
You agree to check the product page for applicability of discount before making the purchase during the Redemption Period.
The discount will be applicable on only one order – your first order during the Redemption Period.
The discount will be applicable only on a minimum order value of INR 750 from Fashion Categories during the Redemption Period.
You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Contest is valid only in India.
The Contest is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
Flipkart or the seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest, at any time without any prior written notice.
Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
Flipkart and Seller reserve the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart's decision in this regard shall be final.
The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart or the sellers.
Flipkart or the seller shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits Contested by sellers on the Platform and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers.
Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart or the sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart or the sellers as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
Any query regarding this Contest will be entertained only till 4 November 2019. Post such date or the sellers or Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
