What is the offer?

Under this Offer, customers who purchase 'Samsung Mini LED TV’ will receive a complimentary 'Flipkart Black Membership'. This offer is applicable to customers who, during the aforementioned purchase journey: (a) are not active members of the paid subscription program; or (b) are active members of the subscription program. What is the offer duration?

From 00:00 hrs on 1st May 2026 to 23:59 hrs on 7th May 2026, subject to availability of stock of the primary product.

What are the eligibility conditions?

All customers who purchase 'Samsung Mini LED TV' are eligible to receive the complimentary 'Black Membership', excluding customers whose past or present conduct violates any of the following:

The user is not the ultimate end consumer of the product — i.e., the product was not purchased for personal use.
The user purchased the product with intent to repackage, resell, or distribute it to a third party.
There is reasonable suspicion or evidence that the user is engaged in fraudulent or non-genuine activities.

How do I avail the offer?

The complimentary benefit (Black Membership) will be activated from the backend within 96 hours of delivery of the primary product (Samsung Mini LED TV) and not from the time of order placement.

What if I am already a Black customer?

If you are already a Black customer, your membership will be renewed/extended by the subsequent tenure of the Black Bundle (in case the order gets fulfilled completely and the customer does not initiate a cancellation or return), at the end of the current Black membership tenure

Preliminary

This Offer is being run by Flipkart Internet Private Limited on www.flipkart.com and its mobile app and lite platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By participating in this Offer, the user ("Customer" or "You") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation published on the Platform.

Offer details

The Offer will commence from 00:00 hrs on 1st May 2026 to 23:59 hrs on 7 May 2026 ("Offer Period"). To participate, You must: (a) have a valid account on the Platform; and (b) avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.

General terms & conditions

This Offer is valid only in India.
The Offer is open to end consumers only, not resellers.
Discount and products are subject to limited inventory and availability.
This Offer shall not be settled in cash and is non-transferable.
Flipkart Internet Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, or modify this Offer at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this Offer is voluntary and made on a best-effort basis.
Flipkart Internet Private Limited reserves the right to disqualify any user if fraudulent activity is identified.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and may be withdrawn accordingly.
Flipkart Internet Private Limited shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or liability arising from participation in this Offer.
Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under these T&C.
Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 1 November 2026. Post this date, Flipkart Internet Private Limited will not entertain any correspondence regarding this Offer.
