    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    PRELIMINARY

      • This Offer (defined below) is being run by Flipkart on Instagram (“Platform”)
      • By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

    OFFER DETAILS

      • The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 13th June 2024 to 23:59 hrs on 16th June 2024 (“Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:
    • Age must be 18 years or above;
    • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
    • The Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by You.

    OFFER ELIGIBILITY CONDITION

    1. The customer needs to post their look on their social media handle by tagging @flipkartlifestyle.
    2. The customer needs to write the caption mentioning the products that were used for the look
    3. We will select the best looks as the winners from the customers who have tagged flipkart. (total 50 winners. 10 each day) The winners will be announced on 17th June on Flipkart Lifestyle handle.
    4. The customer will have to share their account name/account id. The customer service team will share the address for the respective account ids.
    5. Flipkart will ship the hampers to the 50 customer’s address within 20 days after the winner announcement.
    6. The Hamper will contain beauty and personal care products like facewash, shampoo, perfume, makeup.approx weight of the hamper will be 1 kg.
    7. Entire communication of the event (duration and winner announcement ) will be done on the flipartlifestyle insta handle.

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      1. This Offer is valid only in India (not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu for luck based offers).
      2. The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
      3. Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
      4. This Offer is being run by Flipkart on Platform.
      5. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
      6. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
      7. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
      8. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
      9. Flipkart does not endorse the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s).
      10. Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Flipkart on the platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/ or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same.
      11. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
      12. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
      13. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Flipkart .
      14. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
      15. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
      16. Flipkart will publish the winners and their looks on social media page and also on category landing page under Looks section.
