    These terms (“Offer Rules”) govern the Uber x Flipkart Supercoins Offer (the “Offer”). Link your Uber and Flipkart accounts to earn Flipkart Supercoins on eligible Uber rides, subject to these terms. By participating, you agree to (i) Uber Terms of Use and Privacy Notice; and (ii) Flipkart Supercoins Terms and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict with existing T&Cs, these Offer Rules apply for with regard to the Offer.

    1. Eligibility: You can participate if you: (i) have valid Uber and Flipkart accounts in India; (ii) link your Uber and Flipkart accounts before taking a ride; and (iii) are 18+ years of age and resident in India. Uber may verify eligibility and disqualify misuse. Only one Uber account can be linked to one Flipkart account.

    2. Offer Benefits: Once a user successfully links their Flipkart account with their Uber account, the user shall be eligible to earn Supercoins on rides completed in India using the linked Uber account, provided such rides are paid for by the linked account holder (each, an “Eligible Ride”).

    Supercoins shall be calculated in the manner set out below, based on the total fare displayed on the Uber App at the time of booking of an Eligible Ride, where such amount shall exclude any promotional codes, discounts, taxes, tips, tolls, booking fees, convenience fees, parking charges, airport charges, or any other additional surcharges (the “Trip Fare”).

    2.1 Base Earn (all eligible users): Users with a Linked Account will earn Supercoins equivalent to 4% of the Trip Fare, capped at 150 Supercoins per Eligible Ride. Any fractional Supercoins will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

    2.2 Bonus Offers (valid only one-time per user, if eligible): On Linking you Flipkart account and Uber Account you can get bonus Supercoins as follows:

    • If you are a new user (i.e., if you have never taken an Uber ride or have been inactive on the Uber app ≥365 days): you get +150 Supercoins.
    • If you are a resurrected user (i.e., if you have been inactive on the Uber app for 84–365 days): you get +100 Supercoins.
    • Limited-time offer (if you link your accounts between 14th July – 19th July 2026): you get 20 Supercoins.

    Condition for Bonus Offers: Complete at least one Eligible Ride within 28 days of linking accounts to earn Bonus Offers.

    Please note that each Eligible Ride can qualify for only one Flipkart-linked earn mechanism.

    3. Validity & Scope: This Offer:

    • Applies to only Uber Auto, Uber Bike, Bike Saver, Scooty, Uber Go, Go Sedan, Go Non AC, Request Any, Go Priority, Premier, Uber Electric, Uber Pet, UberXL, Intercity, Rentals, Uber Black, Uber Reserve and Uber Parcel. Uber may exclude certain ride types (including third-party integrations or non-standard products) at its discretion without any advance notice.
    • Is calculated only on the Trip Fare;
    • Only applicable on Eligible Rides with a minimum Trip Fare of INR 25;
    • Does not apply to cancelled trips or on any Uber rides completed before linking of user’s Uber and Flipkart accounts;
    • Is subject to both accounts being in good standing at the time of earning and crediting;
    • Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash;
    • Is valid only in India where Uber services are available;
    • Is void where prohibited by applicable law; and
    • Cannot be combined with other Flipkart-linked Uber earn offers unless expressly stated.

    4. Credit & Expiry of Supercoins: Supercoins will be credited to the Flipkart account linked to the user within (i) 6 hours of the Eligible Ride (for Base Earn); (ii) within 24–72 hours of the Eligible Ride (for Bonus Offers). Please note that credit of Supercoins is subject to verification, fraud checks, and system validation. They may be reversed in cases of cancellations, refunds, or misuse.

    Supercoins are governed by Flipkart’s Supercoins terms available at [-]. They have a validity of 3 months (unless Flipkart terms state otherwise). They are neither non-transferable nor do they have any cash value. Any disputes regarding Supercoins must be raised within 30 days of the Eligible Ride via support on Flipkart.

    7. Restrictions: Uber and Flipkart may (i) Modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer, or change its earn rates, caps, or eligibility criteria; (ii) Audit participation and investigate misuse; (iii) Withhold, cancel, or adjust Supercoins for fraud, abuse, or technical issues; (iv) Disqualify users engaging in manipulation, artificial transactions, or violations of these terms.

    Decisions made under this section shall be final and binding.

    8. Data & Privacy: By participating, you consent to Uber and Flipkart (i) Sharing necessary data to validate eligibility and credit rewards; (ii) Processing such data in accordance with their respective privacy policies; and (iii) Using aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and Offer improvement.

    9. Liability Disclaimer: Uber is not responsible for Flipkart rewards or use/redemption of Supercoins; all Supercoins are governed by Flipkart’s terms.Flipkart is not responsible for Uber services or rider experience; all Uber rides are governed by Uber’s Terms of Use.

    10. Miscellaneous

    • Force majeure applies. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or system failures.
    • Any invalid provisions of these Offer Rules will not affect remaining terms of the Offer.

    This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India.
