    SuperCoins Terms and Conditions

    PRELIMINARY

    “SuperCoins” is a feature introduced on the Flipkart.com website, Flipkart mobile app, and Flipkart mobile website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”), the owner and operator of the Platform. These terms (“Terms”) are part of and subject to the Platform’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation, including any modifications, alterations, or updates published on the Platform.

    SUPER PARTNERS

    To earn or use SuperCoins, you may transact on partner platforms including, but not limited to, Cleartrip, The Gameium, SBI Cards, etc. (“Super Partners”), play games, or participate in contests and offers that support the issuance and redemption of SuperCoins. Each transaction or participation on the Platform or with Super Partners is referred to as an “Eligible Order.” Each Super Partner will have its own terms and conditions for SuperCoin issuance and redemption.

    EARNING SUPERCOINS

    To earn SuperCoins on Flipkart, you must place an order on the Platform with a minimum net order value of ₹100 (net order value = total order value minus the value of cancelled/returned items).

    • SuperCoins are earned on every purchase

    • Flipkart Plus Program has 2 tiers: Flipkart Plus Silver & Flipkart Plus Gold. Customers will be eligible for Flipkart Plus Silver membership by successfully completing 10 transactions and Flipkart Plus Gold membership by successfully completing 20 transactions in the past 365 days.

      • Flipkart Plus Silver Customers can

        • Earn 1% supercoin cashback up to 25 on every purchase
        • Redeem up to 5% supercoins (max - 100) on every unit on entire selection
        • Early access to select products for a few hours during sale events like Big Billion Days, Big Shopping Days etc.
        • Treats - Surprise treats in the form of Supercoins, Gift Cards, etc., given to customers after every few orders
        • Additional bank offers.

      • Flipkart Plus Gold Customers can

        • Earn 2% supercoin cashback up to 25 on every purchase
        • Redeem up to 5% supercoins (max - 100) on every unit on entire selection
        • Early access to select products for a few hours during sale events like Big Billion Days, Big Shopping Days etc.
        • Treats - Surprise treats in the form of Supercoins, Gift Cards etc., given to customers after every few orders
        • Additional bank offers.
    • SuperCoins are calculated on the actual order value, excluding instant discounts or cashback from payment partners.
    • This earning structure does not apply to Super Partners; their guidelines will govern SuperCoin earnings.
    • The following purchases are excluded from Eligible Order calculations:

    • Plus offer exclusions:

      • Grocery
      • Flipkart Gift Cards
      • Baby care products
      • Silver, Gold Coins/Bars
      • Gemstones
      • Milk & Curd below Rs 30
      • Tobacco products
      • Select products on Minutes - Select Fruits & Vegetables, Rs. 9 Veggies, Select DBEFM (Dairy, Bread, Egg & Fresh Meat) below Rs. 30
      • On some select products of Minutes the offer is 2% instead of 5%
      • Gift Vouchers (e.g., Malabar Gift Vouchers)
      • VIP Membership
      • Flipkart-branded packaging materials (cartons, security bags, cello tapes, dispensers)
      • Digital Products

    • VIP offer exclusions:

      • FK EGVs
      • Silver, Gold coins & bars, Gemstones
    • SuperCoins cannot be earned or redeemed on purchases made on seller.flipkart.com..
    • For Super Partner transactions, SuperCoin applicability is subject to the respective partner’s guidelines.
    • SuperCoins earned are linked to your registered Flipkart phone number.
    • SuperCoins voucher may be procured from our Super Partners’ portal, in exchange for and including but not limited to credit card reward points or debit card reward points or Super Partner reward points (“Partner Points”) which were duly accumulated by you over time, through the Super Partner portal. Such vouchers shall not have any monetary value and may only be utilised by you after proper verification of your Super Partner account with your Flipkart account.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to ascertain the validity and applicability of a voucher and may, after thorough investigation, deem a voucher as invalid / irredeemable if the same is acquired directly from sources other than specified above, or through fraudulent means.

    The Partner Points as well as the SuperCoins voucher cannot be transferred from main account to any other account and can only be used by the Flipkart account linked to the mobile number / email linked with the Super Partner account.

    CREDITING OF SUPERCOINS

    • SuperCoins are credited only after the return period of all items in the Eligible Order has expired. If multiple items are involved, the longest return window applies.
    • For Super Partners, crediting follows their respective guidelines. For SuperCoins being procured through Super Partner portal as voucher, the crediting of such SuperCoins shall be done in accordance with the Super Partner’s policies with respect to SuperCoins.
    • If an Eligible Order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding SuperCoins will be reversed.
    • In case of partial cancellation, if the net order value drops below ₹100, no SuperCoins will be awarded.
    • For orders with only non-returnable items, SuperCoins will be available for use on the day of delivery.
    • For replacement requests, SuperCoins will be credited after the return period of the replaced items expires.

    EXPIRY OF SUPERCOINS

    • SuperCoins will expire after 6-months from the date in which they were credited to a user's account, unless specified otherwise. Expiry of SuperCoins only starts once these are credited into a user's accounts.
    • The validity of extra SuperCoins may vary from 1 to 3 months depending on the product & seller. The same can be seen in the SuperCoins Ledger.
    • Expiry begins only after SuperCoins are credited. Example: SuperCoins earned on December 15, 2024, and credited on January 1, 2025, will expire on June 31, 2025. SuperCoins credited on August 1, 2024, will expire on January 31, 2025.

    MERGING OF SUPERCOINS

    • SuperCoins from multiple accounts may be merged if Flipkart verifies that the accounts belong to the same individual.
    • SuperCoins from accounts not verified or not in your name cannot be merged.
    • SuperCoins cannot be gifted or transferred.

    USAGE OF SUPERCOINS

    • It is agreed and understood that neither SuperCoins, nor Partner Points, shall have any monetary value assigned to them.
    • SuperCoins cannot be converted to cash or used as cash equivalents.
    • They are non-transferable. Any unauthorized transfer is void.
    • SuperCoins cannot be used for purchases on the Platform in lieu of cash.
    • SuperCoins on blacklisted accounts will be cancelled immediately.
    • SuperCoins can be used across the Platform and Super Partners for special incentives and offers.
    • Finality of Offer Display: The specific SuperCoin offer or discount visibly presented on the Product Details Page shall constitute the final and ultimate source of truth regarding the value of the applicable benefit. No other representation, communication, or display shall supersede the value published therein.
    • Once used, SuperCoins will not be reversed.
    • Flipkart may share your SuperCoin details and registered phone number with Super Partners to facilitate usage.
    • SuperCoins cannot be used to make bulk purchases and Flipkart reserves the right to estimate the value of SuperCoins which may be deemed as redeemable for a valid purchase.
    • SuperCoins hold no monetary value and are not eligible for compensation in case of loss.
    • Customers can visit the website https://www.flipkart.com/supercoin to explore different constructs where they can redeem SuperCoins to get special incentives and offers.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to determine the number of SuperCoins that may be redeemed for a particular order, and the decision of Flipkart in such purchases, shall be final and binding.
    • Flipkart may, at its sole discretion, levy platform fees or such fees as it may deem necessary, with respect to orders placed by You which fall below a certain threshold, as a result of usage of SuperCoins.

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • These Terms may be modified at Flipkart’s sole discretion.
    • It is agreed and understood that “SuperCoins” is a promotional campaign and at no point in time, may be construed as issuance of any currency or instrument of any monetary value.
    • By enrolling in the Plus program or providing your information, you consent to the processing of your data as per the Platform’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify users from earning SuperCoins in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of laws. Disqualification may result in cancellation of earned or pending SuperCoins.
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • You acknowledge the risks of internet communication and agree that Flipkart is not liable for transmission errors or unauthorized access.
    • Flipkart disclaims liability for any legal violations by users.
    • Flipkart may suspend SuperCoin issuance temporarily or permanently without notice.
    • Disputes will be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat in Bangalore, Karnataka.
    • Flipkart may modify, withdraw, or terminate the SuperCoins feature at any time without prior notice.
    • Use of SuperCoins is voluntary.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part. Furthermore, Flipkart disclaims any and all liability arising out of claims, damages, demands or suits arising from You being victimised through a phishing attack (or through similar processes) under the guise of obtaining/purchasing SuperCoins through phishing links or other such sources which may have originated from a malafide intent of a third party not related to Flipkart and which do not specifically originate from Flipkart or its Super Partners. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the aggregate liability of Flipkart for any claims, demands, damages, or claims shall at no point in time, exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only).
