How to claim the offer?
Once the Customer has purchased the Pass, there will be a separate section for pass holders on the Appliances Page over Flipkartduring the first 5 days of Big Billion Days 2025 sale.
Redemption steps:
- Pass holders can avail ₹1000/- Off on all water purifiers that cost Rs. 10,000/- and above during the first 5 days of Big Billion Days 2025 sale
- Check the product page for an additional ₹1000/- discount coupon which will be auto-applied. You can check this under WoW deals - “Additional Rs. 1000/- Off for your Appliance Pass”
- Add the product to your cart to avail of the pass benefits along with other platform discounts.
- You can also check under WOW deals once you add the product to your cart.
- The customers will also get a Push Notification with the coupon against the pass by the 17th Sep 2025.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRELIMINARY
- This Offer (defined below) is being run and sponsored by OmniTechRetail, on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
- By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
OFFER DETAILS
The Offer will commence on the first 5 days of Big Billion Days 2025 sale. (“Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, You must do/fulfill the following:
- Age must be 18 years or above;
- Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
- The Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by You.
- The pass is non-refundable & non-cancellable.
- This pass offer is not responsible for the application/non-application of other bank offers on the product.
- This pass does not guarantee the lowest price, just promises an additional extra Rs.1000/- Off on the Selling Pricing of the Product
- The benefits of the pass are available only till stock lasts
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Offer is valid only in India.
- The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
- Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
- This Offer is being run and sponsored by OmniTechRetail on the Flipkart Platform.
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best-effort basis.
- Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
- The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on the occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of OmniTechRetail and/or Flipkart.
- Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
- Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery, or after-sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
- Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by OmniTechRetail on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards OmniTechRetail. This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. OmniTechRetail shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, OmniTechRetail shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Offer (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of _OmniTechRetail c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Offer.
- Customers hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
- This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
- Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Flipkart.
- Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
- The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
