What is the eligibility for availing the offer? Is there a minimum cart value required?
Customers (registered and KYC completed for Flipkart Pay Later) who are approved between 1st April 2024 00:00 to 30th April 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive) and completed their first EMI transaction using Flipkart Pay Later between 1st April 2024 00:00 to 30th April 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive) can avail the offer subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Flipkart Pay Later. Transactions that are canceled will not be eligible for this offer.

How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?
Offer is applicable only for the customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ product and only for new Pay Later customers on their first EMI transaction. Please check if the offer is listed on the product page, before making the purchase.
Can I avail this Offer more than once?
No. It is available for only first EMI transaction for new customers of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ for eligible product
Will I get the Offer if I pay through the Flipkart Gift Card partially?
Yes, as long as the payment is made through Flipkart Pay Later and it is an EMI transaction.
Will I get the Offer if I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or PhonePe/UPI?
No, the Offer is applicable only on ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ EMI transactions.
Will I get the Offer If I purchase the product(s) using the Pre-Book facility?
No, the Offer will not be valid on purchases made through the Pre-Book facility.

PRELIMINARY
- This marketing/promotional program of 3 months of Times Prime membership consisting of benefits worth INR 20,000 on EMI orders(“Offer”) is being run by Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“FAPL”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Flipkart Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”). It is open only to new customers of the Flipkart Pay Later facility (“Pay Later”) & residents of India (“Customers”).
By participating in this Offer (defined below), Customers agree to be bound by:
a.these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
b.the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Flipkart Platform; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of FAPL and its partner financial institutions.

OFFER DETAILS
- To be eligible for this Offer, a Customer’s application for Flipkart Pay Later must be submitted through the Platform and approved between 1st April 2024 00:00 to 30th April 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive). After the approval, the customer must also complete the first EMI transaction using Flipkart Pay Later between 1st April 2024 00:00 to 30th April 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive).
- Eligible Customers will be able to avail this Offer between 1st April 2024 00:00 to 30th April 2024 23:59 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
- The Offer will be available only once per Customer during the Offer Period. The Offer cannot be clubbed with other offers.
- The membership starts from the day the consumer activates to his/her Times Prime membership.
- The voucher code is applicable once per user.
- For existing Times Prime members, A new membership will be added to his/her account and will begin after their current membership expires.
- The offers/memberships must be unlocked within the Times Prime Membership period.
- Customers will not be eligible for the Offer if their application for Flipkart Pay Later is not approved by FAPL’s financing partner(s) within the Offer Period.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Flipkart or FAPL do not endorse any Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers on the Platform.
- Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
- Sale of Products on the Platform is subject to availability with the sellers and accordingly Flipkart or FAPL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
- Under no circumstance will the Times Prime Membership Voucher being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart, FAPL or the sellers.
- FAPL reserves the right to disqualify respective Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity or otherwise because of violation of any internal company policies is identified which is being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of Flipkart Pay Later.
- Times Prime reserves the right to terminate, modify, extend the timelines and features, at any time at its absolute discretion.
- Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the sellers and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers and without reference to Flipkart.
- All relevant levies etc. shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
- This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority including but not limited to financing partner of Flipkart Pay Later.
- This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 15th June 2024. Post such date, Flipkart or FAPL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.

- Flipkart shall not be liable for any claims and queries with respect to the Codes.
- FAPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. These T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
- FAPL, Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by the Flipkart Pay Later financing partner to honor the transaction and for any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Customer was not successful.
- FAPL and Flipkart shall not be liable for any issue arising to the Customer due to the Times Prime Membership.
- The Customer understand and agree to release and hold Flipkart harmless from and against any claims, damages, or liability of any kind, or any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other damages, which the Customer or anyone else may suffer as a result of opting for payment via Flipkart pay later option for purchasing of Product on Flipkart Platform.
- The Customer shall indemnify and hold FAPL, Flipkart, Times Prime and its sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by such Seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Customer.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
