    • This offer (" Offer") is being introduced by Vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. (" Vivo") on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively " Platform"), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (" Flipkart").
    • By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (" You" or " Your") agrees to be bound by:
      • these terms and conditions (" T&C");
      • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy,and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
      • all applicable terms and conditions of Vivo available at http://activity.vivo.co.in/201707/

    OFFER DETAILS

    • In terms of this Offer, You will be eligible to get a (i) Go Ibibo E-Coupon: Hotel Voucher worth Rs. 2000(" Go IbiboHotel Vou** cher"); and (ii)Go Ibibo E-Coupon: Flight Voucher worth Rs. 500("Go IbiboFlight Voucher"); and (iii) Book My Show E-Coupon: Couple voucher upto Rs. 500("Movie Voucher")(collectively referred to as"Prize**") upon fulfilling the following conditions/ requirements as mentioned under this T&C. The Prize which can be redeemed in the manner set out in and subject to the Movie Voucher and Go Ibibo Hotel Voucherterms as mentioned in these T&C.
    • This Offer shall be available from 00:00 hrs on 23rd August, 2017 to 23:59 hrs on 24th August, 2017 (" Offer Period").

      • Input fields like Your Name, IMEI No., Email ID & Phone No. and click on "Enter" button
      • On the said page, "Agree" to the Terms and Conditions.
      • You should ensure to use the same email address provided by You at the time of purchasing of the Device.
      • You must complete this registration process by 20th September , 2017.
      • After completing the above steps, You will get an email with Go Ibibo E-Coupon & Book My Show Temp Code from the following email id: ecommerce@vivoglobal.com by 22nd September.
    • You must complete the Sign up process as mentioned above on or before 20th September, 2017, failing which the Offer benefit will stand forfeited and You will not be eligible anymore for the same. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
    • You can purchase the Device through any of the payment methods on the Platform including cash on delivery/ card on delivery

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • The price of the Device on the Platform shall be inclusive of all taxes.
    • The shipping of the Device will be subject to availability of stocks.
    • Vivo shall not be responsible or liable for
      • supply of the Device;
      • Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
      • Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
      • Any late transmissions or entries;
      • Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
      • Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device;
      • Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
      • Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.
    • By availing this Offer, it would be deemed that You have given You consent to contact You through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer.
    • You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart or Vivo shall not be responsible in any manner.
    • Offers available till stocks lasts.
    • Vivo reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Offer or change these T&C anytime without prior notice.
    • Prize cannot be transferred & substituted.
    • This Offer is valid only in India, except for in the state of Tamil Nadu.
    • You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    • Vivo and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Vivo and Flipkart.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    • Flipkart shall not be liable towards the fulfilment of the Offer and any claim or dispute in relation the same must be directed towards Vivo, subject to these T&C.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Vivo and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Vivo and/ Vivo or as a consequence of (i) violation of these T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws by You; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence, on Your part.
    • These T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Gurgaon shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
    • Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until 20th September 2017. Post such date, Flipkart and Vivo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.

    Movie Voucher –Terms

    • Get your 5 digit TEMPCODE.
    • Send the SMS: "BMSOFFERS VVM17 TEMPCODE" to 9239895050.
      • VVM17 is the offer name.
      • TEMPCODE is the 5 digit tempcode received by You.
    • You will receive a 16 digit Winpin eCode from BookMyShow.
    • TEMPCODE shall be valid till 30th September,2017 and the winpin ecode shall be valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Customers will have to redeem the e-vouchers within the aforementioned period.
    • To redeem the Movie voucher, You must log on to bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile Application>Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date & Time and seats of your preference>On the payment page, go to "Avail Offers & discounts" and enter the Winpin voucher e-code in the text box that appears in the "Offer code" tab and click on "Check" button to avail the Offer.
    • Tickets can only be booked using the winpin ecode for movies on BookMyShow site: Mon-Thurs all day all shows and Fri-Sun upto 12 noon.
    • This product is based on 100% advanced module and Tickets need to be booked minimum 2 days in advance.
    • Movie voucher will be locked to one mobile number and one email id. Not more than two Movie vouchers can be allotted to a single customer.
    • No agency or individual can be appointed for redemptions and You will need to redeem the Movie Voucher yourself.
    • The Movie voucher cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
    • The Movie Voucher is valid PAN India across all cinemas/partners associated with BookMyShow.
    • Movie voucher can be used only once within its validity period.
    • Minimum 2 tickets need to be booked and Movie voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow convenience fee and/or any additional amount (if any) shall be borne by You.
    • If lost/misused, the Movie voucher cannot be replaced. Void, if resold, cannot be exchanged for point(s), cash & cannot be re-validated.
    • In addition to these BookMyShow Winpin Voucher Terms and Conditions , Movie vouchers and their use are subject to BookMyShow's general terms of use and BookMyShow's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
    • Not more than 2 Movie vouchers can be claimed by a Customer using the same mobile number and email id.
    • Note: At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the Cinema/Venue Box Office for actual tickets. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on the email address/mobile number provided while completing the transaction.     • TDS not applicable as per sections 194C & 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961. It is hereby agreed between the Parties that no deduction of taxes for the order shall be made since the same is a reimbursement towards purchase of ticket cost.

    Go IbiboFlight Voucher& Hotel Voucher- Terms:

    Redemption Terms:

    • Log into Goibibo Desktop or App.
    • Select any domestic Flight or Hotel.
    • Enter the respective E-code on "promo code" tab and proceed with the booking.
    • Discounted amount will be deducted from the total payable amount.
    • Enjoy booking and happy travelling!
    • The Cashback Coupons are valid for redemption till 30th September 2017.

    Flight Voucher T&Cs:

    • Offer will be valid only on Goibibo Desktop and Mobile App.
    • Offer valid on booking made till 30th September 2017.
    • GoCash cannot be clubbed with Domestic Flight offer. However they are open to utilize any GOCASH+ balance in their account as per the General T&C of such GOCASH+. Offer valid upto 30th September 2017.
    • Valid on a minimum paid transaction (Excluding Discounts/goCash+ usage) of Rs. 5000 for Domestic. Flight For E.g. If your domestic flight cost is Rs. 5000 (before payment) and post applying the goCash+ of say Rs. 250, the final paid value reduces to Rs. 4750, thus such a transaction would not qualify for the discount.
    • Offer is not valid on payments made through My Wallet, PayPal account and Cash on Delivery (COD).
    • Products and services are subject to availability.
    • The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer on the same booking ID.
    • The Customer shall not be entitled to discount in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is credited, Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid INR. 10,000/- (price quoted by Goibibo) for a travel service and a discount of INR. 1,000 has been received to the Customer's, the net amount paid by the Customer is INR. 9,000. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, Goibibo will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from INR. 9,000/- and the balance amount will be credited to the Customer's account.
    • In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees.
    • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
    • Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
    • Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
    • Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
    • In no event, the entire liability of Goibibo to a Customer, entitled under the said Offer, for any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the cashback amount.
    • The T&Cs of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
    • The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms &conditions herein.

    Hotel Voucher T&Cs:

    • Offer applicable on Domestic Hotels Only.
    • Offer valid on booking made till 30th September 2017.
    • GoCash cannot be clubbed Domestic Flight offer. However you are open to utilize any GOCASH+ balance in your account as per the General T&C of such GOCASH+.
    • Offer not applicable on Select Hotels.
    • Customer can use only single voucher in while booking his hotel.
    • Offer valid only on domestic hotels.
    • Enter coupon code before making payments.
    • Discounts will be applied right before the final payment process.
    • Offer can be used only once using the same mail id or mobile no.
    • Offer is not applicable to travel agents. If found then goibibo reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund after adjusting the cancellation charges.
    • In case of no show, no refund would be applicable.
    • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotional discount or exchanged in cash.
    • The discount will be eligible only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment.
    • Goibibo reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer, any time at the sole discretion of the management.
