Just wow!
Delivery was smooth within 5 Days . The day i got the delivery installation happened in the same day which i thought would take 48 hrs more to complete. Installation was good hope Panasonic makes it much more better service in later future. Installation cost is bit high for me. Otherwise overall experience is pretty good and it's a smart ac with wifi enabled which can be controlled via MirAle application or Alexa,Google Mini.

Wonderful
It is a overall a good bang for the buck , considering the other AC manufacturers as Panasonic includes wifi option . And app have some glitches. But it can be improved with updates.
Cooling performance is good and energy efficiency I need to check out.

Wonderful
I bought this ac on 6th april and it got delivered on 9th and installed on 10th. There was some issue while installation because the remote which i had gotten had no sign that it was a smart remote (smart remote comes with wifi sign on it). But apparently the remote worked and i was abke to control my ac with my smartphone.

Perfect product!
Delivery has been fast and prompt. Performance of the air condition is very good. Cooling has been fast and good. Smart features of the AC are very good too and it's easy to control the ac from the app.
After sales support from both flipkart and Panasonic has been appreciable. Although the initial response from the local technicians has been negetive, both flipkart and Panasonic heard all the complaints and promptly resolved the issues.

Terrific purchase

Cooling is decent.
After cooling the room, Ampere it takes is in between 1.2 - 1.5, which is quite effecient in terms of electricity.
My room size is 10ft x 10ft and its on first floor where direct sunlight comes on roof.

It was an excellent ac for 150 sqft room. Cooling was quick. ONE THING IS, IT HAS A SMALL DISPLAY AT RIGHT SIDE. Other brands provided big display at center of indoor unit. But fine.
I have added a meter along with ac to check power consumption. Panasonic does a great job building these machines, really good built, efficient and promises longvity.
But when comes to installation, it is done via 3rd party dealer people, may be half trained by panasonic, ill equipped and no regard for customers property or tidiness of a job, caused damage of my wall paint inside the room, the hole they drilled with stone age method, didn't seal the whole properly from inside. Though the whole is covered by the split part indoor, still the point is in ...

I noticed two things
Warrenty they mentioned 1 yr product 5 year pcb and 10 year compressor this is the main thing to choose this product but when it comes to the invoice it changes as 1,4 & 9 respectively a kind of cheating.
Second thing no product code starting cu & cs mentioned in the invoice , no transparency.
More to add about installation they don't have proper drill bit ,they made multiple holes for the required size ,they should have the p...
