Just wow!
Delivery was smooth within 5 Days . The day i got the delivery installation happened in the same day which i thought would take 48 hrs more to complete. Installation was good hope Panasonic makes it much more better service in later future. Installation cost is bit high for me. Otherwise overall experience is pretty good and it's a smart ac with wifi enabled which can be controlled via MirAle application or Alexa,Google Mini.

Delivered on time ,installed nextday .
I noticed two things
Warrenty they mentioned 1 yr product 5 year pcb and 10 year compressor this is the main thing to choose this product but when it comes to the invoice it changes as 1,4 & 9 respectively a kind of cheating.
Second thing no product code starting cu & cs mentioned in the invoice , no transparency.
More to add about installation they don't have proper drill bit ,they made multiple holes for the required size ,they should have the p...

Very good one, Chills my 120 Square feet room very quickly. Noise level is in very acceptable range no issue for me and also it's energy efficient . For 2 hours continuous run consume only 1 unit . Just for installation it cost around 4500 extra for costlier equipment by Panasonic . except high installation charges overall product is 5 out of 5 . Loved it

Just wow!
I ordered 1 Ton smart AC Year (2022) for the room size 110 Sq. Ft.
Flipkart delivery and installation was quite good and on time.
Ac is sufficient enough to cool room within 10-15 minutes considering room is on roof and direct contact with sun light.
Smart features to manage AaC with the MirAIe app.
No issue so far. Will review again post use of 1-2 months.

Overall the product is nice, Initially have problems to connect wifi on mirale app but CC executive helped and since then wifi working smoothly. The performance is good if not excellent and sometimes it takes longer to cool the room then usual. Delievery and installaion was phenomenal dint face any hassle, it would have been great if they start to provide wire and plug for indoor unit. A:Yes it comes with 10ft copper pipe. Anything extra is used that is chargeable. My advice is to get ready the water pipe as well as the 3 core 2.5 mm wire if required as they charged way too much

Q:Voltage range mentioned in stabilizer free operation section of this AC is 100V-290V. But as mentioned by experts, external stabilizer needs to be used to safeguard the AC from potential fluctuations.

Q:If I set the temperature to 16, how long will it take for 1.5 ton 5 star inverter Panasonic ac to cool the room temperature to 16, when Outside is 35 degree, Ventiletarons closed, 100 sq feet room?
A:Not required to set 16, 22 is enough to get a cool temp with in a 5 min
