Installation done on the same day of delivery.
After going through long search and analysis went with 2025 1.5 ton AC 5 star model in panasonic brand.
I have Daikin which is 5 years old and works very good. Wanted another ac for my living room but daikin's 2025 model is not released yet. Panasonic also makes very good AC as it is also a Japanese brand.

Best energy efficient AC on market. Cool 170 sq ft room within 15 minutes at 22°C. Mirale app doing its work perfectly. But energy consumption shown on that app isn't accurate. Customer support team solve your problem with utmost fulfilment. But installation team is very worst. Overall performance is good. Thanks to Panasonic

Overall Ac is cooling at the best.. Awesome cooling. But installation is very poor, not doing his job properly and also asking for extra money. Pathetic installation experience from panasonic. I want to give 5 star but reduced 2 star due to his service.

After researching so many product i finalized this product from Panasonic. Very efficient cooling, power consumption is also less. Very smart as it is working with voice commands. Only the installation guys work is very untidy.

Product is good but the installation person's did not know anything about the AC features ... fully money minded to get increase the price of laying the cables and the stand not even satisfied with it... they ruined my home putting lot of holes in the walls and kept in a different place...

It's a good product, bought after lots of research, confused between LG 6 in 1 and this one, finally bought this because of an extra smart feature. Got it at 40K on the last republic sale. The only discomfort was installation. It happens on time but their charges are on a higher side compared to the market. As they know we have to do installations with them to avail warranty in future.
