simply awesome
Simply awesome. The product and flipkart service have made the shopping experience a delightful one. The machine is a pretty basic one but has a solid core. Doesn't make much noise. Does it's job silently and quickly. Good to have one.

Not perfect, but good buy
I bought this product last week and started using it yesterday onwards.
What is good ?
Flipkart delivery and communication, great!
Panasonic customer care , very good. If I compare with my previous experience with another brand (Onida), Panasonic customer care support is excellent. They even works on weekends and I got the demo on Sunday.
Washing seems good to me.
What is bad ?
Machine is not so silent, feels little noisy to me.
No wheel attached to machine which makes it difficult to manure...

Good !
Panasonic did it again. I have been using it since 1 month and it does its work perfectly.
This model doest provide option to adjust revolution speed as available in other competitors in the market.

Hated it!
this is a long usage review. After 3 years the machine has stopped working, there is an issue with the drum spinning.
The Customer Service are giving a massive repair cost which is more then half the cost of what i paid for the machine.
Won't recommend buying a panasonic washing machine to any one..

Unsatisfactory
Stopped working after 1 year of using it. Panasonic service is pathetic, 1 month and I am still waiting for replacement. Even when it was working, quality of wash was substandard. Will never go with Panasonic again in my life.
