Superb AC, i got delivered in oneday and installed on next day, most of the AC brands takes more days to install. Don't buy if you are staying in towns or villages within the month of purchase the gas is completed and it took around 10 days to fill the gas and the customer service is pathetic got it for 40k better to go with lg one but cooling is good

Installation could be improved. Product is all good. Works very well, Mirai app is super cool, its the best part to have a smart AC, you get electricity usage details, you can set sleep schedule for the AC. I do not use remote now as app offers exciting functionalities. I will surely update the review after a timely usage.

Pro's
1. Cooling is great, among non-commercial air conditioners.
2. App usage is smooth. Customizable profile for Auto mode
3. Works fine with Google voice control.
4. Auto mode works fine.

Cons:

1. Vertical Auto-swing only. Horizontal swing can be adjusted manually

Honest review: installation service takes 4 days to install your product, even you paying 1416 for installation. There is a option to self install the product so you can save 1.5k, confirmed with customer service (do some research before starting installation), it won't effect warrenty service. Wifi on the product only support 2.4ghz and not that premium. Will update more after sometime.

Value for money, very much happy with technology like where were you're either outside of your house but if your a.c is connected with wifi then you can operate your a.c with your smartphone with Panasonic merai app.

One of the best featyre in this a.c is you can customize the capacity of a.c like if you want to run this a.c with 50% capacity then this a.c will consume only 50% of the energy of the machine.

I am using my ac for 2 week's now. The AC looks is also very nice and cooling is also now. And the smart system is very easy to use. Only have to install "MIRALE" from playstore and connect your home wifi to your Ac from remote settings and Scan your Ac in Mobile app you will be good to go.l
No use of remote anymore the mobile is the remote from now on.
