Worth the money
Flipkart delivery was awesome !
installation was done with 500 rs as given offer by Flipkart . those company agent will try to fool you and ask you to give 1500rs for installation but don't get trapped by them.
As this ac power consumption is 1320 watt, it consumes very less electricity.
cooling capacity is good .
this air purifier thing is not understood by me, I didn't feel changes in air , also my husband is dust allergic neither he is getting any benefit from this.

Perfect product!
Superb AC, i got delivered in oneday and installed on next day, most of the AC brands takes more days to install. This AC cools my room very faster and power consumption also very low, i have used whirlpool 1.5 ton inverter ac before but this one is comparatively best AC. Product arrived in 1 day and installation was done the next day. Was a little hesitant ordering from Panasonic after reading the installation review. But the service agents did an excellent job. Will update about the cooling in some days.

Nice product
Very good smart AC, the installation was a bit delayed but once it was done everything is going well.
They ability to connect to the internet and control the ac via its app or Google assistant or alexa is brilliant.

Good product and Poor service from installation teams. So i am rating 5 star for product and 1 star for services installation team. Even if it is already mentioned in 699 inclusive tax in their August offer. They charge 825 rupees. They charge also 250 rupees for water drainage pipe (they said that Panasonic company didn't provide drainage pipe). Panasonic does a great job building these machines, really good built, efficient and promises longvity.
But when comes to installation, it is done via 3rd party dealer people, may be half trained by panasonic, ill equipped and no regard for customers property or tidiness of a job, caused damage of my wall paint inside the room, the hole they drilled with stone age method, didn't seal the whole properly from inside. Fan makes a lot of noise if you run it on High speed.
Hightech names Nanoe-G, Nanoe X, Anti covid features etc they used, but not sure whether they were really working or not.
Also i feel that this Ac is considerably high in price.
Overall its not a worth to buy it.
Installation is not done satisfactorily, panasonic should improve the installation services in efficient manner.

I am upset with the installation charges.. It costed 8500.. So even i bought the AC in sale installation charges was extremely costly which is really upsetting...other than that AC is quite good..
