Very happy with the purchase of this machine to replace my old IFB Front load which had served its term. Picked this up around 13.5K, but got 2K off via Citibank card offer and flipkart took the old machine back at around 2K. So, paid 9.5K overall.
Machine is very silent, simple to operate and does it's job well. It lacks a display and indications are via LED lights. Clothes come out clean and fairly dry.

Door quality are poor.no where it was mentioned display less. A big drawback

Very short Length water inlet hose pipe it's only 0.75 Meter
Company should provide long water inlet hose pipe
We need to buy separate pipe it's cost 450 rs for 3 meter and there is no price tag on it. (Now main pipe is use less)

Performance service everything is fine.

Installation is not that extent..No proper explanation and the person asked me to refer to user manual. Even he didn't explain dos and don't.

Used 4 times...works perfectly...old cloths may damage because of gentle spinning...my two shirst and one bedsheet is damaged...may be its not the fault of machine....will uodate the review after many use...
