The product works great. Just wish Panasonic gave a user manual with it! I would've given it 5 stars but for the fact that the handle is too thick so the fingers get a bit cramped up after a while. One has to hold it a bit closer to the base and that gets hot, one needs to keep flexing the fingers after every 5 minutes....but the attachments do their job great. I'm overall happy with the product and the price.

Am reasonably happy with the purchase of this dryer cum styler. However it is important to note that unless you have long enough hair the slimmer curler is of little use as is the simple nozzle attachment. That leaves the flatter and rounder brush attachments - they work but not as efficiently as imagined - the flatter brush attachment is more effective in giving nice straightened look to the hair but the rounder brush doesn't give a curl that lasts too long. A great product for me. Earlier I just had a hair dryer but apart from drying, styling was a bit difficult. Its different styling nozzle works superbly for me!!!
I use it every time I wash my hair and within 15 minutes I get wavy look, curled look. I specially like its hair brush it dries my hair and untangle them at the same time.

if u are looking for a proper hair styler then dont buy this, it only dries your hair like a blow drier , wont give u proper curls or proper straight hair so think before you buy, one good thing about it you dont have to hold a comb in one hand and drier in other hand, will dry as you comb through hair.

the rotating brush doesnt rotate so i dont know why its called the rotating brush , buy this only if you wanna spend on a dryer

I have used this product on a few occasions and I must say it is quite good. I have heavy, thick hair and have often been refused at salons for hair styling as they felt my hair was too heavy. So this product manages to style my hair for 5-6 hours which is fabulous. The curls came out well.
