A little burning always takes place
First of all this is a small cooker though its image might look the same size as its bigger counterparts, i.e. the 4 litre and bigger cookers. It is ideal for two, more than sufficient for one. good product but ignore the cooking instructions in the manual. Seriously!
I have been using rice cookers for almost a decade now but this one is pretty complicated. If you try to follow the rice cooking instructions that is! The first two times I tried to do it by the book, and all I got was burnt rice. Then finally I decided that enough was enough and switched to cooking rice that way I have been always doing - wash and soak the rice for 20 mins, then put it in the vessel with the amount of water I think is right and not what that stupid manual said. Rice gets cooked properly and functiona normally.On the flip side,the rice goes below the cooking plate after cooking.So,the rice gets stuck to the vessel and it is difficult to clean.
Also,There is no keep warm Function nor any auto cook function.The summary of the product is wrong.I had a lot better experience with my black and decker cooker-no sticking and keep warm was present

Hi.The cooker is as good as it claims's it is. No frill rice cooker. The overall product is good. Cooks rice, dal etc in a very short time and that too in a very convenient way. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to operate one. One button is all what you get. No warm option but that is just asking too much. First of all i got the product in 2 days hats off flipkart too fast shipping. packing is too good and the rice cooker works good too. comfortable for cooking for 3 persons. takes nearly 15-20min max to cook rice

Really good
It was really amazing considering it's price range it was super. you can cook rice, make biriyani or even chicken curry's in this cooker.. it's only downside is that it is not available with keep warm function but this one too had it's advantage as the cooker auto shuts off when the rice or the items are well cooked and thereby avoiding over cooking.

Easy and quick to use
Panasonic SR WA 10. Quite efficient, takes half time to cook rice. Just note sure about the Keep warm feature. A must but for saving time and energy.
Bottom-line: This is a solid product from Panasonic, I hope it will work at least for a year. Every kitchen should have it!!

good product at an affordable price
the product is good and genuine. It works very good and cooks the rice at 20 minutes. The electricity consumption is also low in comparison to Induction cooktop.
