Defect product. Not worth to buy

Right from the day one this product has problem. Refilling of water doesn't happen automatically. One need to unmount the water filter every time to get the water refilled . We complained to the company many a times finally to know that water level sensor has problem. We asked for the replacement of product 3 weeks ago. So far we have not received any response even after repeated follow ups.
