Bad quality
I'm sorry to say, but this is most likely a fake product. I have eaten Panchhi petha a number of times, I belong to Agra though I have been living away from that city for many years, and I have never seen crystals of sugar form in the syrup, even after keeping the petha in frig for many hours or even a few days. The cubes of Petha remain soft, but there is definitely something amiss. I may be merely suspicious, but I will never buy Panchhi petha sold through Flipkart
