Paradoxical Sajid is an Islamic short story collection series by Bangladeshi author Arif Azad. It is a collection of short stories arranged in response to various questions against Islamic beliefs narrated by a character named Sajid. In it, the author tries to disprove the conventional anti-Islamic questions through Islamic facts, logic, philosophy, science and reality and from there tries to prove the weakness of the opponent's arguments.2 books of the series were published in 2017 and 2019. Despite controversy in Bangladesh about the books in the series, both books made it to the list of best-selling books at the Bangladesh Ekushe Book Fair that year.

Arif Azad is a writer who hails from the region of Karnaphuli, the beautiful river that winds its way down the Lusai hills. He wanted to become a journalist because of his indomitable addiction to chase the truth, but life pulled him into the world of writing. His dream of becoming a journalist was not fulfilled, but his amazing fascination with truth and beauty, the whirlwind of that fascination brought him to a world of presenting the truth - where he stands and wants to erase the fog of lies with the bright light of dawn. Arif Azad entered the world of writing by writing 'Paradoxical Sajid'. If the subsequent history has to be highlighted in one word, it must be said - incredible!
