It makes +ve difference as long as it is consumed.but on discontinuing consuming,body comes to its original state as i was earlier. It is very notably that it increases stomach capacity to intake even if we r not hungry (after discontinue).so khana psnd ho ya na...phir v khao taki jo asar hua h body me wo maintain rahe
